Our apartments are in a wonderful villa overlooking Malcesine and boast the most stunning lake views. The villa is a short distance from the beautiful town of Malcesine where you will find various shops, bars and restaurants. A pleasant ten-minute stroll takes you directly to the lake and beaches. There is a fully equipped swimming pool in the grounds of the villa. Surrounded by our gardens and olive trees the pool also has lake views. In the garden, guests can also take advantage of our BBQ area! Every apartment has off-road parking within the villa. There are three apartments in the villa; 1 studio and 2 x 1 bedroom. All are very similar to each other and have identical facilities.

We are open all year round.
Bookings should be between Saturdays only, but if you need some flexibility on these conditions, please contact us.

Notes on accommodation
Our home is ideal for a small family or couples looking for a economic, yet breathtaking way to enjoy wonderful Lake Garda. Being so close to Malcesine and its restaurants, bars and shops, our home makes a wonderful destination for your next holiday! Unfortunately, persons with disabilities or limited mobility may have difficulties. There are steep steps to access the apartments.

Outside
The apartment has a wonderful terrace overlooking the lake and we also have a small communal garden with plenty of olive trees! We have a BBQ area for those summer meals and a small swimming pool, all with beautiful views of the lake.
Coast/Beach
The lake and beach is a 10 minute walk away.
Skiing
We are at the foot of the famous mountain Monte Baldo, where even a James Bond movie was made! The cable car takes you to the summit from where you have views of the entire lake, top to bottom! And in winter? There are skiing pistes on the mountain...ski and look at the lake at the same time!
Travel
Nearest airports are Verona (60 mins); Verona Brescia - Ryanair (90 mins), Venice (150 mins) and Milan Bergamo (120 mins). A hire car is useful if you wish to explore all of the lake, but we are close to the town so it's not essential.

Further details
The ancient town of Malcesine sits at the foot of Monte Baldo on the eastern shore of Lake Garda. Originally a sleepy fishing village, it is today a picturesque and animated resort with narrow cobbled streets winding down to a quaint little harbour where artists sell their paintings to passing tourists.
Its lovely warm climate and calm clear waters make swimming from the pebble beach a delight and there are hydrofoil and ferry rides across and around the lake.
In the evenings the town has a pleasant and informal atmosphere. Stroll along the lakeside promenade or relax and watch the passers-by in open-air cafés and waterfront bars, listen to a concert or enjoy a romantic evening boat trip.
