Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.10% Discount on weeks booked within 3 weeks of departure.
Changeover day
Rental starts at 4pm on the day of arrival and ends at 10am on the day of departure. Changeover day is Saturday (or Sunday by arrangement). Minimum rental period is 7 days. Keys will be posted to your home address 10 days before the holiday start date.

All the rooms have been decorated in the traditional Tuscan style with terracotta tiled floors and heavily beamed ceilings. All the furniture is either antique or made from reclaimed old wood. |

Notes on accommodation
This exceptiopnally well fitted out house has full gas central heating and air conditioning.
The house is ideal for both couples and families with children. A cot is located in the double bedroom.

Outside
The house also has a small private garden and patio with outside dining table/chairs, a sun umbrella, and loungers - perfect for al fresco dining or sunbathing. The very large shared swimming pool comes equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas and magnificent views towards Cortona. The pool is shared between 15 homes but it is never crowded and has plentiful sun umbrellas/loungers.
Coast/Beach
Trasimeno the 4th largest lake in Italy is 15 mins drive away where boat trips, wind-surfing and child friendly beaches can be found.
Travel
The house is in a very quiet position, with exceptional views, but is only about 5 miles from the main North/South motorway with easy links to Pisa, Florence and Rome airports. Florence is 1 hour 15 mins and Rome/Pisa are about 1 hour 45 mins. Ryanair fly from Stanstead to Perugia (45 mins). The nearest train station is under 10 mins away and there are direct services from it to both Florence and Rome.
Distances
The small town of Foiano Della Chiana, with its supermarket, bank, shops, and restaurants is just 7 mins drive and the world famous Etruscan town of Cortona, perched many hundreds of feet up the hillside, is 15 mins away. Montepulciano, Siena, Lucigiano, Perugia, Arrezzo and Castiglione del Lago are all within very easy driving distance.
Booking notes
25% of the rental price is payable at the time of booking and the balance is payable 28 days prior to departure. A £100 security is required with the final payment. This is fully refundable should the house be left in a satisfactory condition.
