A lovely 2 bed apartment located in a beautiful position on Lake Como. Sit and dine on the terrace and enjoy the stunning views of the mountains and Lake from one of the best situated apartments on this small private and quiet complex. All rooms have fabulous views over the Lake. San Siro is a 10 minute walk and has some essential amenities -bars, shops, restaurants and a public beach. In less than a 5 minutes drive you can be in the beautiful village Menaggio, with all it's amenities and tourist essentials - ferry/bus services, banks, supermarket, post office, tourist info, etc.

Notes on prices
First £100 of rental is non-refunderable and payable to us by cheque.The remainder is payable to our Italian account. All prices inclusive of gas and electricity. 200 euros refundable security deposit will be payable upon arrival and debited of 60 euros (cleaning fee) on departure. Discounts for long term bookings and British Armed Forces are available - please contact owner for details.
Changeover day
Saturday is the change over day, however we may be flexable during the low seasons - please contact for further information.

Notes on accommodation
Our apartment is central heated and is situated on the 1st floor (no lifts or wheelchair access unfortunately). Steep drive way.

Outside
Our large terrace is partially covered with dining table and chairs with outside lighting. We also have two sun loungers. The apartment overlooks the shared pool (a big pool shared between only 15 apartments).
Coast/Beach
There are many public beaches close to the apartment. The nearest being in Nobiallo - 500m.
Golf
The famous old Menaggio golf course is only 5 minutes drive.
Skiing
The ski resorts in the local area and beautiful and popular (including St Moritz) and are between 1 and 2 hours drive. The nearest and inexpensive is Madesimo.
Travel
Milan Malpensa Airport - 80km. Milan Linate Airport - 90km. Bergamo Airport - 1.5 hour drive. Lugano Airport - 45min drive. Ferry at Menaggio - 3 minute drive.
Distances
Milan - 80km. Como Town - 35km. Lugano (Switzerland) - 25km. Menaggio - 1.5km. Bellagio and Varenna - 10/15mins by boat from Menaggio.
