The Agriturismo is set in a country which is still undiscovered. On the top of a hill, at an altitude of 450 metres, it is in a unique position for peace and quiet. Forte Sorgnano offers you the possibility of a holiday in contact with nature, with the enjoyment of wholesome food and local wines. All without neglecting the comfort that is essential for relaxation. The 8 bilo apartments are situated in the principal building and the 2 trilo apartments are in the second building. The 8 flats get out from a detailed renovation of the main farmhouse. The apartments are arranged: 5 on the ground floor and 3 on first floor. They measure 60sqm and have an independent entrance.
Eight flats (2 + 2): double bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen or kitchenette, bathroom, with or without outdoor space.
The 2 trilo apartments has dimension 90sqm (2 doublerooms, livingroom, 2 bathrooms, mezzanine with 2 single, beds, kitchen, terrace.

Notes on prices
Apartment prices are per week in euros and include: water, electricity, gas, cover parking. Bedlinen, towels and household with weekly change. Use of the sports facilities: pool, mountain bike, ping pong. bbq.
Prices exclude: Heating, weekly cleaning obligatory every Saturday (except for cooking area): 1 bed apt: 40 euros, 2 bed apt: 50 euros.
Caution: 150 euros
B&B prices are in euros and include: breakfast and daily cleaning.
10% for 2008 weeks (not August) reservation before 30/04.

The 2 Trilo apartments are on the ground floor and measure 90 meters squared. They have 2 double bedrooms (1 with tester bed), and an open loft with 2 single beds. Living room with fireplace, kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower, Private covered terrace (20m sq) with table and chairs, private garden (80 m sq).
The 2 apartments have a beautiful view and are very private. They all have satellite TV, independent central heating, fireplace, dishwasher, oven, hairdryer and everything necessary to cook.
The decor of the apartments is typical ancient Umbrian style with oak beams, terracotta tiles etc.

The bedrooms are situated on the first floor of the smaller farmhouse. They measure 25 m sq and have beautiful views of the Umbrian Countryside. The decor of the rooms is typical ancient Umbrian style with oak beams, terracotta tiles. Additionally every room has a bathroom, TV, heating and hair dryer.

Notes on accommodation
You will meet Forte Sorgnano's owners to welcome you. They have decided to live here so that, on your arrival, you can find an homely environment, without giving up your privacy and independence.
Outside
The respect for the nature led us to not disturb the landscape, but to adapt ourselves to it. The swimming pool(14 x7) has wonderful panoramic views and easy access. A big barbecue and beautiful gardens are available for everyone to enjoy as well the gazebo from which there is a good view of the Umbrian surrounding hills.
Forte Sorgnano offers several possibilities for the people who want to take part in some activities. From the swimming pool, for those who wish to swim, to the mountain bikes, for those who prefer to take a walk along the numerous paths around the farm. If you like horse riding, in the nearby riding centre (4km) you can take lessons in order to be able to go trekking.
