There is nice outside space, a garden with a grassed area to the side of the house with palms and shrubs and a private swimming pool (9.2m x 6m) located below the house with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. There are 6 sun loungers around the pool with a parasol. There are flowers and olive trees around the house and plenty of room for parking.

Sant' Angelo in Pontano village is a 5 min drive from the house. The neighbor village of Sarnano has a good thermal spa. Macerata is the nearest large town. It hosts a summer opera season. Assisi and Urbino are within 2 hours drive. Loreto is within 30 mins and Rome is 3 1/2 hours.
