The property has one relaxing sitting room. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is nice outside space, a garden with a grassed area to the side of the house with palms and shrubs and a private swimming pool (9.2m x 6m) located below the house with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. There are 6 sun loungers around the pool with a parasol. There are flowers and olive trees around the house and plenty of room for parking.

All windows are double glazed.
Outside
Front garden with flower bed. 9.20m x 6m x 1.30m pool with views to the Adriatic Sea and Sibillini Mounts. The pool is open from the 1 May - 30 September. 6 sunloungers. Patio table and 6 chairs. There are a lot of olive trees and some palms.

Adriatic coast is less than an hour away.

Golf at Conero less than 1 hour away.

Skiing 45 mins away.
Travel
Flight time 2 hours. Ancona 1.5 hours drive, Pescara 2 hours and Bolgna 3 hours from the property.
Distances
Sant' Angelo in Pontano village is a 5 min drive from the house. The neighbor village of Sarnano has a good thermal spa. Macerata is the nearest large town. It hosts a summer opera season. Assisi and Urbino are within 2 hours drive. Loreto is within 30 mins and Rome is 3 1/2 hours.
