The villa

Casetta degli Ulivi is in a wonderful and private park with direct access to the beach. Close to Limone sul Garda, Riva del Garda and Malcesine, the park is situated in the 1 of the most beautiful bays of Lake Garda! The 3000 sq.m. of private grounds are crossed by ambling footpaths and boast a wonderful selection of olive trees and even a lemon grove. At every turn are the very best lake views! The shoreside town of Limone sul Garda is a 10 minutes drive away and offers a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. Ferries go all over the lake from the port in Limone. The villa has a private parking spot within the grounds.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
All bedlinen and towels are provided, free of charge and water, electricity, gas and air conditioning/heating are included in our prices. The final cleaning on departure and laundry of linen and towels is also included.
Changeover day
In the summer months, we prefer changeover on Saturdays. At all other times, there is no set day. If you need some flexibility on these conditions please contact us.

The villa is well furnished and has: central heating, electric shutters, fully fitted kitchen with microwave, wonderful bathroom with jacuzzi shower and hairdryer, TV with Satellite and DVD, patio overlooking the lake, with BBQ, baby cot and highchairs are available. The apartment sleeps 4 persons.

Our home is situated on one level and is suitable for disabled persons and wheelchairs.
Outside
There is a barbecue in the garden and the garden leads directly on to our wonderful private beach. Step outside, through the gate and right down to Lake Garda!

A bustling resort centered around a village of narrow, winding streets, alleys and traditional stonewalled cottages, Limone rests against the stunning backdrop of Lake Garda's mountainous, north-western shore. The village itself is set in a sunny, secluded cove amidst olive groves and fragrant oleander. From its many brightly coloured pavement cafés and lively pizzerias, there are unparalleled views across the lake to the imposing peaks of Monte Baldo.
