Less than 100m from the long, sandy beach at Bosa Marina we have 4 stunning, newly refurbished apartments to let. Located in a large, impressive old style Villa, renovated and furnished to a high standard in 2006 these spacious apartments have 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, a larger than average bathroom with large shower cubicle and a lounge/diner/kitchen being equipped with gas hob, electric oven and fridge/freezer. The apartments also have a washing machine, an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Steps lead up to the main entrance door into a large hallway. The villa is divided into only 4 apartments, 2 to the ground floor and 2 to the first floor. Stairs lead up to the vast roof top terrace, beautifully tiled with outdoor furniture and lights, taking in views to the beach and sea. The house is surrounded by wall and gates with a small garden area to the front, a BBQ area to the side and also has private, off street parking. Set just one street back from the promenade.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the apartment, per week, in UK Pounds. A discount of £20 per week is available for 2 persons parties.
A 30% deposit is required on booking with the balance & breakage deposit due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
There is a £100 breakage deposit refunded after final cleaning has taken place.
Changeover day
We are flexible on changeover days to allow people to make best advantage of cheap flights. Entry to the apartment is after 3pm and the apartment must be vacated by 10am to allow for cleaning.

Accessibility
There is a ramp to enter the main building and all doorways are wide. However the local area is NOT wheelchair friendly.
Outside
There is a large communal roof terrace where there is a fridge and sink area and a separate shower room with WC, with views to the beach and sea and a raised sun deck, all with ample chairs and loungers provided. There is a ground level patio with BBQ, again with tables and chairs.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is the best in the area and is less than 100m away and is a huge expanse of sandy beach gently sloping into the sea it is in a sheltered bay and the water is clean and warm. Other beaches can be found a short 5 min drive away. This coast is superb for snorkelling, wind surfing, kite surfing and diving.
Golf
There is a golf course 45 mins drive to the south at Is Arenas.
Special interest holidays
We have the possibility for organising cookery and culture courses given by a local restauranter and friend. Please ask for dates available.
Travel
The nearest airport is Alghero and is 45 mins by car. Alghero can now be reached from Stansted, Liverpool and Nottingham East Midlands airports (Ryanair). Car hire is an advantage as there is much to see in the local area but is not at all necessary as there are all amenities bars and restaurants in easy walking distance.
Distances
The historic town of Bosa is a pleasant 25 mins walk away along the river Temo, here there is a medieval old town with a castle, lots of shops and bars etc.
Further details
The area is great for eating and drinking local food and wines, there is lots of interesting wildlife and unspoilt countryside in the area along with fishing, diving, boating, cycling, horse riding etc. There is a personally written guide in the apartments that previous occupants have described as invaluable.
Booking notes
A deposit of 30% is required on booking either by cheque or PayPal. The balance to be paid no later than eight weeks before the holiday. There is also a £100 breakage deposit that will be refunded within two weeks after departure.
