Casa ‘Le Querce’ is situated on the borders of Umbria and Tuscany, near to the Lake Trasimeno, with its beaches, water sports and boat trips to its picturesque 3 islands. Although in Umbria, the house overlooks the hills of Tuscany. 3 apartments (1 x sleeps 4 persons and 2 x sleeps 5 persons.) with 12x6m swimming pool. The nearest towns are Lisciano Niccone (Umbria) and Mercatale di Cortona (Tuscany). In the Niccone valley, the Secci family has recently restored an old farmhouse, last used in the sixties. There are 3 comfortable and attractive apartments, each fully independent with private terrace, tastefully furnished and well equipped. A beautiful swimming pool is situated on the south side of the house.

Changeover day
The minimum length of stay is 1 week, usually from Saturday to Saturday. Check in from 4pm. Check out before 10.30am.

Outside
The house is surrounded by a large garden. Framed by 200 years old oak trees. We have recently built a new swimming pool (12x6m). The pool area includes a shower and deckchairs. Each apartment has its own outdoor furniture and sunshades. It's also available a little BBQ.

Airports are Perugia 45km, Forlì 150km, Florence 160km, Ancona 170km, Bologna 245km, Pisa 245km and Rome 245km. Nearest train stations are Tuoro sul Trasimeno 18km, Terontola Stazione 34km and Arezzo 50km. A car is essential.
Distances
Nearest towns with restaurants, supermarkets, banks, etc... Lisciano Niccone 2km and Mercatale di Cortona 2km.
