In an excellent location situated on the ground and first floor in a nice villa-farmhouse with beautiful swimming pool (12x6m), away from traffic. Podere Costantino is located at the heart of Tuscany, it gives access to the best the region has to offer: beauties of nature, unique artistic treasures of cities such as Pisa, Volterra and San Gimignano (30km), Florence, Siena, Lucca (45km) and at only 40km from the seacoast. Podere Costantino can host you in one of its four comfortable and relaxing apartments. The apartments are wide, spacious and bright, provided of all comfort, self-standing heating system, wireless, kitchen whit oven, barbecue, satellite TV with all the usual Italian channels, plus CNN and BBC 24, a private parking lot. Notes on prices
Please note that there are no extra costs to be paid upon arrival. This price includes final clean, hot water, electricity, gas, bed linen and bath, hand towels, including washing liquid and fabric conditioner for clothes. You would need to bring your own beach towels.
As Euros and Pounds are constantly subject to changing exchange rates, we shall state our rental prices in euros only.
Changeover day
In July and August we rent the apartments just weekly. During the rest of the year, the changeover day is flexible and if available, we accept even short stays in low season.

Notes on accommodation
Services included are: linen, towels, water, gas, electricity, final clean and weekly change of bed and bathroom linen. Cots, high chairs, stair gates and extra foldaway beds can be provided at no extra charge. There are no additional charges for cleaning. The heating is an additional cost: at most 5 euros a day for Tramonto; 7 euros a day for Alba.
Each apartment has internet access wireless, satellite TV, hair dryer, cooker, fridge, freezer, linen and towels provided. The apartment furniture has been chosen with a great care to offer you a comfortable and elegant home in the typical Tuscan country style. Sorry, pets not allowed. No smoking. It's a very suitable place for the children.

Apartments are not special equipped for disabled people, but 2 apartments are on the ground floor, direct at the garden.

Private garden with lovely view. Complete with sun lounger, patio table with chairs. Well maintained gardens and surrounds with promenade outside. A very large garden with trees in sunny position. Seasonal fruits and vegetables available.
There is plenty of space outside the house and you are free to roam the olive groves at will. We additionally offer to guests free access to seasonal organic fruit and veg. This, combined with use of our wood fired pizza oven, walks in the grove and proximity to the art cities of Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and Florence makes Podere Costantino a wonderful location to enjoy a memorable, relaxing and stress-free holiday.
Coast/Beach
You can reach the beaches of the Tuscan coast in 30-40 min by car (Tirrenia, Viareggio e Forte dei Marmi, Cecina e Bibbona). There are fantastic places to visit along the whole of this beautiful coast line. The closest is the white beach of Vada only 10 miles away, no more than a 30 minute drive. The more rocky beaches, ideal for snorkeling are just south of Livorno less than an hour away. The nearest beach resort is at Viareggio, no more than a 40 minute drive.

Golf within 30 mins drive.

Possibility to contribute in the agricultural activity: harvesting, pruning of plants, preparation of the soil.
Course of plant pruning: 15,00 euro/hour.
Travel
Cheap flights are available to Pisa Airport and then hire a car or take the local bus to Terricciola. Pisa is most convenient.
From Pisa Airport (35 Km) take the S.G.C. FI-PI-LI direction Florence, exit at Pontedera-Ponsacco, go toward Terricciola and then to Morrona.
Distances
Once you arrive, with so much space and such peaceful surroundings it is hard to tear yourself away but the close proximity to many of Italy's major attractions including Florence (50 km), Pisa (30 km), Volterra (25 km), San Gimignano (35 km) and Siena (50 km).
Further details
Podere Costantino is located at 2 km from Terricciola, a village that is home to some world-known vineyards. Here you will find restaurants, stores, post office, drugstore, tennis courts, medical assistance. A only few kilometers you can find horse riding, field of tennis, swimming pool with thermal water and treatment aesthetic.
Booking notes
Cleaning and linen change at the end of your holiday are included in the price, however, if you book for two weeks, a mid term towel and linen change is included but not an apartment clean. A deposit of 35% is required on booking. You can pay by interbank transfer or postal transfer or recharge paypal account, you can pay the remnant at your arrival in cash. Price includes gas/electricity/water consumptions, bed linen, blankets and bath towels of the apartment.

A friend and I stayed for a week and were made to feel really welcome, from a surprise meal prepared for us on the 1st night to the bread and strawberries that arrived at regular intervals we felt really special. My name is Mara, I live in Tuscany with my husband and my family. We are always respectful of your privacy and we want all our guests of all ages to feel free, happy and relaxed. My husband and I both work in the country, we produce biological fruits and vegetables and have really fallen in love with the country. My daughter Susanna follow the booking of the apartments.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We love Morrona because it's a really peacefully place to stay and of the fantastic facilities in the area. It gives access to cities such as Pisa, Volterra and San Giminiano, Florence, Siena and Lucca and at only 40 km from the seacoast. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Pisa airport less than half hours drive away.
Unique benefits of the property
We provide towels and linen so you can travel light. During the week I'm pleased to offer you biological fruits and vegetables of our production (strawberries, cherries, apricots, peaches, figs, grapes). At your arrival I cook for you some typical tuscan dishes.
