Discounts on longer lets.
Out of high season the arrival and departure day does not have to be saturday and we can also accept bookings for less than a week at a time.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday.
Departure time 10.00 hrs. Arrival time 16.00 hrs. Although we can be flexible when needed.

Bedroom 3 and 4 share the bathroom at the top of the villa with bath, shower, bidet, wc and sink.

The kitchen includes an electric extra wide oven, 5 gas hobs, 2 fridges, dishwasher, Dualit toaster and a good variety of pots and pans. The dining table and chairs is in the kitchen which opens out on to the sitting room next door. |

In the utility room is the washing machine a large sink, an iron and ironing board and a very big freezer. |
| Living Rooms: |
The sitting room includes an open fireplace with the original stones, TV with satellite, video, stereo with CD player and radio. The sofa is large enough to fit everyone on it. Although there are also comfortable chairs too. |

All towels and linen are included with a weekly clean and change of towels and linen. |

There are 2 terraces outside with tables and chairs for eating "al fresco". There is a barbecue and even a pizza oven if you want to give it a go!

Pisa, 2 hours. Rome 3 hours. Bologna (Forli) 1 hour 30 mins. Bologna 2 hours. Perugia 1 hour.

10 mins in the car to nearest village Anghiari.
30 mins to Sansepolcro, the next biggest village.
50 mins to Arezzo nearest town.
1 hour 30 mins to Florence, the nearest city.
Further details
Anghiari the local village has two small supermarkets and several shops that sell fresh local produce. There are 3 banks. 2 chemists. 2 butchers and a baker.
In Sansepolcro there are several larger supermarkets and lots more including a hospital with a very good emergency department.
Arezzo has the nearest train station.
Booking notes
Availability confirmed via email or telephone. Bookings confirmed on arrival of 50% deposit. The second 50% should be send 8 weeks before arrival.
