Corsignano is a huge estate in the Chianti area, just a breath away from the city of Siena. Arriving to the estate Fattoria di Corsignano, on the gravel road through the cypress, olive orchard and rows of delicate roses, you are fascinated by the sea of vine up on the sweet hills and the fantastic view of the famous city of Siena. In this pleasant setting, our four country homesteads have been converted to 10 charming apartments restored preserving the pure Tuscan style with terracotta floors, wood beamed ceilings and stonewalls. Each apartment is 'a home sweet home' with all modern comforts and all with a wonderful view of Siena or the Valley, separate outside entrance, parking and a terrace, a garden or a porch. All the apartments could be rented independent or with breakfast service. The large, tempting swimming pool, the mountain bikes, the laundry service and the barbecues are at disposal of our clients.

Notes on prices
The prices are per apartment per day. In the Christmas time and the Easter time we apply the high season price. The prices include: linen and towels, final cleaning, electric light, gas, water, use of the swimming pool, car parking and all taxes. The prices do not include: heating (if necessary, on consumption) and breakfast (Euro 9, per person and Euro 5, per child). For weekly stays we offer special prices.
Changeover day
Check-in 3pm-6pm. Check-out 10am. In the high season preferably weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday.

Outside
The swimming pool is shared by all residents, surrounded by woods, olive trees and vineyards. Garden with lying-chairs and BBQ.
Coast/Beach
The property is 80km from the sandy beaches of the Italian Riviera. 1.5 hours drive by car.

Wine tasting and explanation of the wine cellar and how we make our wine.
L'arte di ‘far di cucina' cooking class from 10am - 3pm.
During the cooking class are served: 1 appetizer, 1 fresh pasta, 1 second dish and 1 dessert.
Your creation will be three-course lunch served with wines in the farm. Also, after your meal you will enjoy a wine and olive oil tasting with explanation and a visit of the wine cellar.
L'arte di ‘vendemmiare’.
In October time, join us to the grape harvest.
You will collect grapes with the farmers, tour our wine cellar and taste our wines and olive oil and have lunch with all the fresh products and the typical Tuscan tastes
L'arte di "cogliere l'oliva".
In November, spend a time picking up olives.
Travel
Florence is the next airport (about 1 hour by car). A car is recommended.

Payment Policy - At Reservation: We charge the 30% of the total amount. At check-in: the final payment. Security Deposit (Returned at Check Out) 160 euros cash for all apartments, 260 euros cash for Bottega del Cioccolato. Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Cancellation fee: from reservation to 30 days before check in 30%, from 29 days to 10 days before check in 50%, from 9 days to 0 hours before check in 100%, no show 100%.
