This flat is suitable for children but there are small steps leading from the childrens bedroom therefore care needs to be taken.

Coast/Beach
15-20 mins to beaches of Albenga and Alassio. Long coastline of towns to visit including portofino 1 hour 30 mins.
Golf
20 mins to 18 hole championship golf course. Arrangements possibly can be made for golf clubs etc.
Skiing
30 mins to Garessio and 1 hours 30 mins - 2 hours to Limonie.
Travel
Genoa 40 mins, Nice 1 hour 20 mins, Milan 2 Hours, Turin 1 hour 45 .Car hire is essential.
Distances
Local village Cisano sul Neva 10 mins, nearest towns Albenga 20 mins. Alassio 30 mins. Both have beaches. 1 hour door to door Monaco. Portofino 1 hour 20 mins. Many places to visit along this coastline.

Major supermarket Co-Op 15 mins but there are local shops within driving distance. One restaurant bar on site and 1 restaurant walking distance. There are many restaurants all within 10 mins onwards driving time.
