Prices are for the property per week in euros. Heating is extra charge and the cost is approximately 2,5 euros per hour.
All parties booking for 2 weeks or longer in March, April, May, June, September and October will have 10% discount.
Bookings for 2 weeks in July and August will receive 6 free bottles of good quality local wine upon arrival.

Passero (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4)

The ground floor of the farmhouse makes a pleasant apartment for a family or for two couples. French doors open off a little terrace and at the front of the farmhouse with a spacious, bright living room looking out over the front garden and the valley below. It has a small and pretty fireplace and a stencilled frieze around the walls. The purpose built kitchen corner, with marble countertops and solid wooden doors, is fully equipped.(there is a washing machine). The main bedroom has wrought iron bedsteads with charming flowered bedspreads and curtains; the picturesque twin bedded room (which can be double), painted rose pink, has a brick vaulted ceiling, herringbone cotta tiles on the floor and an intriguingly shaped window. The well fitted shower room has fresh green tiles. The garden is shaded by trees, well furnished with its own barbecue.

Falco (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4)

Just up the lane from the farmhouse, there is a smaller farm cottage with air conditioning. The cosy sitting room has 17th century beams, a good ‘terracotta’ floor, a sofa and armchairs, a pretty glass fronted dresser, solid dining table and rush chairs. There is a small but very efficient kitchen screened by a low wall in one corner ( with a washing machine). The double bedroom is quite elegant. A ladder leads up to a tiny gallery with 2 single beds which would be suitable for young boys or girls. Falco has the attraction of its own raised, flagged terrace, with a barbecue. This is well planted, with olives, yucca and agape. Falco would suit a young family, or make a peaceful retreat for a couple.

Gufo (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2)

Ground floor large studio composed of living/dining room with fireplace, twin or double bed. Separate kitchen and shower room. It has a patio and a furnished garden beside the house with its own barbecue. It is highly recommended for couples and honeymooners.

Rondine (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2)

Looking out over the valley towards the skyline of S.Gimignano, Rondine is approached by an outside stone staircase at the side of the house. A little hallway opens into the double bedroom with pretty prints and good traditional furniture, (the keynote is green); and into a good shower room. The attractive living room, with its efficient kitchen corner, has a view over the valley. The garden is provided with garden furniture and its own barbecue.

Notes on accommodation
Heating is available in all flats and it can be very suitable in winter. Electric fans are provided in every apartment, air conditioning in Falco.There is a quite specious parking, where you can park your car during your stay at Oliveta. Every apartment has its own garden with BBQ. Change of linen and towels weekly. Final cleaning is included in the fee. Wine and olive oil can be bought from the producers nearby. The bread man calls every day except Sunday. The owner will be delighted to help you with any problems and he will welcome you upon your arrival, so that you will feel like at home.

Outside
There is a lovely swimming pool (12m x 6m) normally in use from May to September. A sun terrace with umbrellas and sun beds is available for all our guests, where you can relax and spend some pleasant moments. Every garden is provided with outdoor furniture.

Coast/Beach
Within one hour by car, you reach the fantastic sea of Tuscany. There are many romantic beaches in this area, which is called "Maremma".

There is golf course with 9 holes 7Km from the property and 18 holes in Castelfalfi 22Km.
