Notes on accommodation
An excellent place to stay for children as there is lots to explore!
Rates include:
Water, Electricity, Gas, Sheets and Towels, and final cleaning of the house.
Additional costs:
10 euros for weekly laundry change.
Air conditioning: a supplement is in demand in base to the consumption. 70 euros weekly for a baby cot
A refundable security deposit of 150-300 euros is required upon taking possession of the keys. 1 Racket of tennis: 10 euro for a week.
Accessibility
From the airport of Alghero to take the road for Sassari, after 5 kms found deviation for Portotorres, arrived to this city you take the coastal road with direction Castelsardo - Santa Teresa, some kilometer before of Castelsardo arrived to the small city of Lu Bagnu, you take the deviation for Tergu, from here you take the deviation for Nulvi and after having crossed 4 kilometers at the end of the slope on your left you
will find the indication Jannelias on a wood poster.
Outside
There are 21 acres of land which include a private tennis court and swimming pool, large lawn areas and a lot of woodland. Outdoor furniture is provided for the terrace and for sunbathing by the pool!
Coast/Beach
The beaches of Castelsardo and Costa Paradiso they are to a distance of 10/30 minutes of auto.
Special interest holidays
To Jannelias you can see wild rabbits and hares, falcons and owls and with some patience foxes.
Travel
The property is very accessible from the airports at Alghero (65 kilometers) and Olbia (90 kilometers) which gives you the choice of flying from locations throughout the UK and also allows you to take advantage of the many low cost airlines that now fly to the region. The more harbors' near are Portotorres to 25 kilometers and Olbia to 90 kilometers.
Car hire is essential.
Distances
The village of Tergu is to 4 kms with two markets and two cafes, the more restaurant' next to Jannelias it is to 500 meters with flat typical Sardinian.
Castelsardo is 10 kms.

Located a few minutes drive from the coast, the family-run farm Jannelias is situated in the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of the Anglona countryside. You will be welcomed in a friendly and relaxed manner, and the owners are happy to provide tips on where to eat, what to visit and the location of the best beaches.
Booking notes
The booking will be approved only after the payment of the 30% of the total to pour on the banking.
The outstanding balance is to be paid upon arrival at the property.

Siroter un LIMONCINO sur le bord de la piscine avec une vue panoramique sur la campagne sarde d'un coté, la vue sur le golfe d Ascinara de l' autre et le ciel embrasé au moment du coucher de soleil....quel Bonheur !!! Pas un bruit pour pour faire "tache"...seulement le regard d'une vache qui vous contemple et vous envie certainement; Comment dis-tu, Daniele ? - Incredible !! le Luxe du Bonheur est déja à Jannelias... pas encore a Porto Cervo !!!! :-) "
We had a fabulous holiday here: the villa is lovely, clean, well-equipped and so peaceful. The views are stunning and the surrounding countryside is beautiful, with many beaches and many small towns easily accessible by car. Pasquale and Daniele were extremely welcoming and helpful - we will definitely be going back!
