The small residence with 5 apartments is situated on the mountain overlooking Cefalu and its bay. You'll enjoy the peace, quiet and especially the breathtaking view. Every apartment has its own parking. They are a nice refuge for your busy life. They are surrounded by olive-groves, vines and bougainvillaes and (most of the time) Peace and Quiet. The road is rather steep so I advise you rent a car. By car it only takes 7 minutes to get to the town centre. As we have another small residence I only fill in the availability calendar if we don’t have anything left. If you cannot leave your work but need a holiday, we have a wifi internet connection.

| Huge studio of 60 sq.m. with sleeping corner with double bed, sitting corner, dining corner and small kitchen (3 gas rings). Next to it is a small bedroom with 2 single beds. The terrace in on the roof with a splendid view and in summer always a nice breeze, so it is never really hot. This apartment as well is the nicest in winter because you have this fantastic view while having your dinner. On the same floor is apartment Il Gelsomino which has a terrace next to it. Notes on accommodation
All apartments have a satellite TV and fans. We have a Wireless internet connection, washing machine, barbecues.
It is very nice for children. Next to the pool is a small
bath for children. Due to being built against a hill, there are many stairs and steps.
Outside
All apartments are surrounded by olive groves, vines and bougainvillaes. The terraces are equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs. The pool is rather deep and 4m x 8m. It is shared with all our guests.
Coast/Beach
The beach of Cefalù is mostly sandy, by car 7 minutes.
Although we go to another beach which is less crowded and cooler in summer with a nice little restaurant.
Golf
Golf course with 18 holes at a 20 minutes drive.
Skiing
Even in Sicily there exists the possibility to ski. In the Madonia mountains there is 1 ski lift!

Sicily makes a good holiday with sightseeing - walking and hiking in the mountains, golf and of course lots of leisure near the apartment.

The nearest airport is Palermo 110 km.
Catania 170 km.
Cheapest flight with Ryanair from Stansted to Palermo.
Due to the distance to town I recommend you rent a car.

Plenty of restaurants, bars, pubs with nice terraces and very good and not too expensive food.

L'oleandro is a delightful homey apartment with a truly spectacular view and a lovely terrace and balcony to enjoy it from. We found Cefalu to be a gem of a town with a perfect beach for our toddler. We also recommend using Cefalu as a base and getting the train into Palermo for a stress free way to visit the capital. We ended up staying twice as long
