Cottage Il Mirto is ideal for those that want get way from it all. 'Il Mirto' has been built with total respect of the landscape and nature, dipped in the green of the typical Mediterranean colour and surrounded by characteristic rocks. It is a cosy corner apartment within a small group of five, nestling within a rocky landscape in a quiet location just outside Liscia di Vacca, a gorgeous bay north of Porto Cervo. This pretty stone villetta offers simple, comfortable accommodation in a lovely spot.

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for property per week in Euro and includes: Gas for warm water and cooking, electricity, hand and bed linens and final cleaning. Not included: should heat be required, the gas will be calculated at the meter. There is also a refundable breakage deposit of 200 euros, to be paid upon arrival. Payment: 50% of the rent at the time of booking, balance due within one month of arrival.
Changeover day
Changeover day Saturday or Thursday. Flexible in low and mid season (October to April). Arrival between 4pm and 6pm.
Departure between 8am and 10am.

Beach : The beach is just 2 km away, offering both sand and cliffs, and just a short distance there are the popular beaches of Liscia Ruja, Cala di Volpe and Pevero.
Porto Cervo is on the beautiful northern coast of Sardinia an area famous for its white beaches and stunning turquoise water of crystalline clarity.
Golf
Golf information: Pevero golf course is one of the most beautiful, with its 18 holes from Grande Pevero beach to Cala di Volpe, about 10 km from Villetta il Mirto.

From many countries, cheaper flights are available, e.g. with EasyJet and RyanAir that arrive these airports. All these airports have offices for the major car hire companies e.g. (Stansted) that arrive in Alghero airport, from (Gatwick) whit Meridiana to Olbia airport.

Porto Cervo village is 2 km from the house. This has a great selection of restaurants (from simple pizzeria to excellent and typical restaurants), supermarkets, shops, street markets, banks, a petrol station and a post office.
It is an ideal sea-side resort, world renowned for its unique natural beauty and for the impeccably refined development, carried out by His Highness the Aga Khan, in perfect harmony with the natural environment.
