Accommodation comprises master suite with en suite half bath, second double room and childrens bedroom with bunks, lounge, dining room and study (with sofa bed), luxury fitted kitchen and bathroom. Externally there are two roof terraces covering 100 m sq. with hard wood tables and chairs seating 10, both enjoy stunning views. The village nestles in a beautiful mountain setting with a number of signed trails and mountain bike tracks starting close to the central square. Only 15 minutes drive are the lovely beaches of buzzing, chique Alassio and historic Albenga with it's walled medieval centre.

Outside
Two roof terraces, upper and lower covering 100m sq. with stunning, extraordinary views down the valley to the sea and up the valley to Veravo and Nasino. Access to lower via patio doors from lounge
Coast/Beach
The beautiful clean sandy beaches of Albenga, Alassio and Laigueglia are 15 mins by car. Explore the many other resorts by taking the Aurelia (coast road) which provides stunning views as it hugs the shore. Alternativley take the nearby Autostrada dei Fiori (Motorway of Flowers) to the historic port of Genoa (45 mins) or further east Portofino, Santa Margherita and the Cinque Terre.

The Italian Championship course at Garlenda is 15 minutes drive. Please contact owners for more details.
Travel
Genoa airport is 50 mins drive with Ryanair flights to Stansted. Nice is 1 hr 40 mins with a number of UK carriers from Bristol, Birmingham, Gatwick, Heathrow, Manchester and Stansted. Alternatively Milan Bergamo is 2 hrs 30 mins with Ryanair flights to Dublin, Glasgow, Liverpool, Luton, Newcastle, Shannon and Stansted. Road A10 motorway (Autostrada dei Fiori) junction at Albenga is 20 mins; east to Genoa and west to France. Excellent connections to Milan, Turin and beyond.
Further details
The surrounding mountains provide a huge number of activities for the enthusiast. Walking and mountain biking paths are clearly marked with routes for all capabilities. The sheer cliffs of Mt. Nero and Mt. Alpe are a utopia for climbers with a number of faces used by freeclimbers. The flora and fauna attract lots of visitors especially in the autumn when many seek out the mushrooms and truffles for which the area is famous.
