On entering courtyard to property and inside the property wheelchair access is suitable however a few stairs leading to front door may not be convenient.

5 km to Adriatico coast- Car necessary - Unspoiled coastline of virgin beaches with a whole stretch of lido beaches, with cafe/bar and children play areas, football or volley ball facilities, but not commercialised at all just the necessities to enjoy the day at the beach.

Selva is an ideal location for exploring the heart of Puglia with the neighbouring towns of Locorotondo, Alberobello, Martina Franca and the famous Ostuni. With the added local family attraction 5 mins away Fun Fair Park and Zoo Safari and the Dinosaur Park at Castellana Grotte, and for shopping Cassmassima offers a day out shopping and eating in the Italian European ‘Auchan’ mall. Fasano offers the Emmezeta shopping mall with supermarket, and mall shops just off the motor way road.
Within Fansano itself local shops, banks, and restaurants all with in walking distance of the main town square with of course its church, with a parking facilities.

25% deposit is required to secure a booking with the remaining balance paid 2 weeks prior to rental dates. An additional house keeping fee is required to be paid.
