Further details
The Colli Albani underground station (Metro A) and many bus stops are right at your doorstep, so travelling around Rome is easy. All the major monuments, museums and churches can be reached in a few minutes. The Metro A takes you directly to St John’s, the Spanish steps, P.zza del Popolo and the Vatican. Direct buses take you to the Coliseum, P.zza Venezia, the Old Appian Way and many other tourist attractions. The Colli Albani area itself is lively with many bars, pubs, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets and all kinds of shops. You will enjoy walking around the adjacent Via Appia Nuova, the Caffarella Park and the nearby outside fruit and vegetable market. Anything you need is close at hand.

Booking notes
Minimum stay 3 days. 25% deposit to be paid on booking, either by bank transfer or Paypal, balance on arrival. The deposit is not refundable, but in case of cancellation we can issue a coupon to be used at a future date. Breakage deposit to be paid on arrival, refundable on departure, less cost of any damage. Rental rates include electricity (in winter), gas, heating, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. In summer electricity is charged on consumption (0.25 euros/kWh) for air conditioning.

"Lovely bright, clean spacious apartment in ideal location. Bus terminus and metro station very close to hand. Everything you need within a short walk - quality shops, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes. Excellent for visiting the wonderful sites in central Rome but also lots to discover in the local area. We felt so much at home here that we felt more like locals rather than tourists just visiting! Balcony has a superb outlook and was a great place to relax and watch the buzz below.
