'Via Rudia' is situated in a quiet, traffic-free street, 5 mins walk away from the main Piazza-San Oronzo. 'Via Rudia' is only 15 mins drive from 'Blue Flag' pristine beaches,the region of Puglia has one of the hottest climates in Italy with temperatures 24° to 42C° March through to October. Ostuni is a unique 13th century town complete with its own winding streets, cobbled alleyways and white-splashed historic Baroque buildings. Why not spend the evenings exploring the area’s history, bars and restaurants (which are always open ‘til late!) which cater for all tastes, age groups and are still largely undiscovered by overseas visitors. With a cathedral, several baroque romantic churches, a great selection of friendly shops in Ostuni and the neighbouring towns you are spoilt for choice. Ostuni is a stunning town and has much to see and lots to do, also from here you can visit the 2nd most important Roman archaelogical site in Italy, in nearby Fasano!

Sky TV with English movies. Region 2 DVD player available - bring your own films! PLEASE CHECK calendar - it is kept up-to-date! Cancellation by yourselves:- 45 days notice by you = full refund of deposit. If full payment has been sent then 90% refund of all monies. Less than 44 days but more than 30 days notice = 50%. Refund of deposit-if full payment has been sent = 70% refund. Less than 30 days notice = 50% refund of full payment-if only the deposit has been received then no refund.

Booking notes
50% deposit required to confirm the booking. Full payment to be made 2 weeks prior to visit. Cleaning/breakages bond of - 100 euros cash to keyholder. Keys collected locally on day of arrival - to be returned by 11am on day of departure. Cleaning/breakages bond will only be refunded following receipt of keys and apartment check.

Hi Rosie - We had a wonderful time, thank you very much. The flat is perfectly situated to explore the local area, and the beaches are great. We really loved the flat- it's even lovelier than it appears on the website. I guess it's very difficult to photograph. The roof garden was a real bonus too & the flat is very well equipped and comfortable. You've converted it so beautifully, it felt like a really special place to stay.
