Set in extensive and well tended gardens there is a gazebo and a large outdoor stone barbecue and oven for alfresco dining, 2 external showers, 1 with hot water and private gate access with ample room for parking of 4 cars.

The villa is cleaned once a week throughout, all linen and towels (except pool/beach towels) are provided and changed weekly. |
Notes on accommodation
The property is ideal for either groups or families. The villa is open plan but is also 'child friendly' as it's on one level and you can see the pool from the large dining room windows. Mosquito blinds are applied to all windows and there is central heating for the cooler months.

Outside
The private pool (7m x 11m) which can be seen from the large dining room windows is situated just a few metres from the house and has roman steps leading into the shallow end. The landscaped garden to front and rear are laid to grass which is rare in this area. There is a gazebo and a large outdoor stone barbecue for al fresco dining. There is private gate access with ample room for parking of 4 cars or more.

Nearest beach is 7km (10 mins by car), Naturally golden and sandy stretching for miles along the Adriatic coast. However this whole coastline (400km) offers a choice of either sandy or rocky beaches, inlets and coves to explore.

Booking notes
The rates are inclusive of bed linen, towels (except beach/pool towels), electricity, water, gas, pool maintenance, gardener. There is an additional charge for heating which is charged per meter usage. Confirmation of the booking will be subject to receipt of 40% deposit. Balance payment shall be made 8 weeks prior to arrival and a refundable security deposit of £200 will be held against return of key, any charges for damages, breakages or extra cleaning.
