Notes on accommodation
The apartment joins the historical tradition fiorentina and modernity and the comfort of living contemporary. Recreating the atmosphere in order it makes ‘to feel you like to house yours’. Equipped with 2 entrances, can comfortably be used in different ways. It can be transformed into 2 completely independent zones. It is adaptable to work for a couple of friends or work colleagues.

From the railway station (S.M.Novella): N°37-36-11 bus stopped along via of the Serragli. From the Airport of Florence (A. Vespucci). Volainbus shuttle to the railway station 30 mins. Booking notes
30% of the price for confirmation reservation. 70% of the price to balance at the check-in and delivery of the keys. 300 euros security deposit on check-in, the restitution at the check-out. Recess until 30 days before the beginning of the stay: no penalties. Recess from 29 to 15 days before the beginning of the stay: 50% of the account. Recess less the 15 days before the beginning of the stay: 100% of the account.
