300m from the Adriatic Sea in a peaceful location. Villa Rosa is a situated in Caslabate standing in its own walled, private gardens and surrounded by mature trees. Casalabate, on the Adriatic coast, is a small Italian community where the Italians holiday! A car is essential to visit Lecce, Otranto, Ostuni and other wonderful historic places as well as our local communities. When you're tired from sight-seeing or just want to chill out, relax by the private 10x5m swimming pool. There are restaurants and pizzerias in Casalabate itself, small supermarkets and grocery stores, butcher and fishmonger, fruit and veg store and the Sunday market offers a wealth of local produce and products. Villa Rosa is the perfect place to relax at any time of the year.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. Arrival time, after 4pm please. Departure time, by 11am. If the villa is not booked on your departure day we can arrange a later departure time.

| Bedrooms: | Both bedrooms have a super king size bed with high quality orthopedic matteress and a single bed and ample storage. |
| Bathrooms: | The bathroom has been newly installed and has a large shower cubicle, WC and sink. |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. |
| Utility Room: | Washer / dryer. Iron / ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | Living area has satellite TV, DVD, VCR, radio/CD player and an open fire place. Lots of books, jigsaw puzzles etc for quiet relaxation times. The dining area has patio doors overlooking the courtyard and swimming pool. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bathroom and swimming pool towels are provided and all bed linen. Towels and linen are changed once a week. |

Outside
Enclosed front garden and rear courtyard. The front garden is a shady retreat with mature fruit and other trees and abundant flowering shrubs and new lawns. There is a small patio with garden table and 4 chairs. In the rear courtyard you will find the 10x5m private swimming pool, a small lawn and raised flower and vegetable gardens (tomatoes, herbs etc). There are 4 sun loungers, a large table, a small garden table and eight chairs, two large umbrellas provide shade. There is a sand pit for small children.
Coast/Beach
Villa Rosa is 300m (10 mins walk) from the Adriatic Sea. The beach in Casalabate itself is small, part sand, part rocky. Within 5 mins drive you will find sandy coves and small Italian holiday resorts.
Travel
Brindisi is the nearest airport, 30 mins drive. Bari airport is 1 and half hours drive. RyanAir fly from Stansted to Brindisi and Bari, British Airways fly from Gatwick to Bari in the summer season. Al Italia fly into Brindisi via main Italian airports. Blu-Express offer cheap flights from Rome to Bari. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Lecce, the Florence of the South, is 15km from Casalabate. We are also near to Brindisi, Ostuni (the White City), Martina Franca and other historic towns. Fasano Zoo Safari is 45 mins drive away and Alberobello, home of the Trulli is 1 hour drive away. The historic port of Otranto is one hours drive to the South.
Further details
In addition to the shops and restaurants in Casalabate, the town of Torchiarolo is just 5 mins drive away. Here you will find supermarkets, banks, hairdressers, laundry, etc.

Booking notes
Your booking will be reserved for one week from request. Booking reservations not confirmed within one week from request will be cancelled. 25% deposit required on confirmation of booking. Balance due 12 weeks before booking start date. Refundable security deposit, 25% of one week’s rental, to be paid 1 month before booking start date. Cancellation more than 12 weeks before booking start date 10% of full rental retained by us. Cancellation between 8 to 12 weeks before booking start date.
