This lovely apartment is near the village of Polpenazze del Garda, Lake Garda, Italy. The complex has a large swimming pool and sunbathing area, and the apartment itself has a large south/east-facing covered terrace with a built-in barbecue and plenty of space for al fresco dining. The balcony to the rear looks over fields and vineyards to the nearby town of Polpenazze del Garda, a lovely and very genuine, not overly touristy Lake Garda town with some fantastic restaurants and lots of character.

Changeover day
Saturday changeover only in high season due to demand. On days with same-day changeover we ask you to depart by 9am and arrive no earlier than 5pm so we can fully prepare it for your arrival. Out of season we can be more flexible - please just ask.

Outside
The terrace has a BBQ, dining for 6 and a seating area. The swimming pool is a short walk from the apartment and is shared with other residents (Italian), most of whom live in the complex year-round.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is at Manerba, about 2 miles away. This is a large, wide pebble beach with fantastic swimming and sunbathing facilities, where you can hire umbrellas and sunloungers and with bars and restaurants and a great atmosphere.
Golf
The apartment is literally a stone's throw away from Garda Golf, Lake Garda's famous championship golf course.
Skiing
You can ski at Gaver, 45-60 minutes drive away, or at Madonna di Campiglio (2 hours) for world class skiing.
Travel
Fly to Verona Brescia (30 mins), Milan Bergamo (1 hour), Verona (45 minutes) or Milan Linate (1.30 mins). Car is recommended for full enjoyment of the apartment and surrounding area and often works out cheaper than getting a taxi from the airport.
Distances
Nearest village is Polpenazze. There you can find bars, shops and restaurants.
Alternatively you can drive down to Manerba, another pretty lake town. The nearest Large lakeside towns are Salo' and Desenzano.
At Manerba there is a large beach with great swimming, sunbathing facilities and bars and restaurants.
