Vigna Licia 1 (3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 3/5)

This apartment is situated on the top floor of the villa and is tastefully furnished with loving care in every detail. Independent entrance via external stair-way. Bright living-room with dining area. Kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with double sofabed, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Heating. The rooms are light and comfortable with views of the 'Agro Romano', the Rome countryside. There are two large terraces with barbecue and eating out area, ideal for dining. Guests have exclusive use of lovely garden with swimming pool with shady trees for sunbathing, reading and relaxing. By the side of the house there is also a football field.The kitchen has a four-ring hob and a gas oven with grill, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Bed linen, towels, tablecloths, dishtowels etc. are provided. A laundry room is available for guests as are the five-a-side football pitch, a swing and children's games.

Vigna Licia 2 (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4/6)

The apartment is on the ground floor and is made up of a living/dining room with a sofa-bed for one or two, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom. The kitchen area - which is part of the living room - has a four-ring hob and a gas oven with grill, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Bathroom with shower. Satellite TV and radio. bed linen, towels, tablecloths, dishtowels etc. are provided. A lovely garden surrounds the apartment with shady lemon and olives trees for sunbathing, reading and relaxing, and eating out area with barbecue is ideal for dining. By the side of the house there is a football field and a swimming pool, for the guests only. A green beautiful retreat after crowded Rome. A laundry room is available for guests as are the five-a-side football pitch, a swing, children's games, table tennis, bicycles and a communal parking area. A child's cot is also available.

Vigna Licia 3 (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2/4)

The apartment, situated on the ground floor of a detached house, is a private oasis sheltered from the hustle and bustle and you will enjoy to finding a quiet atmosphere. Fully renewed, it is tastefully furnished with fine old and modern fittings and the same remarkable equipment. One large room with loft, out of which 1 living-room with dining area and sofa bed, TV/Sat, HiFi chain,1 double bedroom situated on the loft, 1 bathroom with shower, kitchen open space, dish washer, refrigerator, freezer, oven, iron/iron board, barbecue, laundry room, children playground, outdoors furniture, garden, gate’s remote control and parking. Sheets and towels included. A lovely garden surrounds the apartment with shady lemon and olives trees for sunbathing, reading and relaxing, and eating out area with barbecue is ideal for dining. Outside
There is a swimming pool (3 x 7) at the disposal of the guests, open from 15 May to 15 October. Barbecue and outdoor furniture is available in every apartment. The house is surrounded by a luxuriant garden full of palms, pines, Lebanese cedars and olive trees. There are the five-a-side football pitch, a swing, children's games, a table tennis, bicycles and a communal parking area.

Coast/Beach
The sea is also not far with the beautiful beaches of Torvaianica and Pratica di Mare only about 15km away.

Travel
The Rome's International Airports (Fiumicino & Ciampino) are about 20/30 minutes drive to Vigna Licia.Vigna Licia is 9 km from Rome's ring road (GRA) and 15 mins by bus from the underground station 'EUR-Fermi' (B line). The bus (n.703) starts every 20/45' from 6.00 to 22.15 The integrated weekly ticket (CIS) for underground, Bus and Urban Railway costs €16,00. By the underground station 'Laurentina' there is a watched car park (€ 0,75 for the first 10 hours).

Distances
Vigna Licia is only 18km from the centre of the city and 9km from Rome's ring road (GRA).

Further details
There's no escaping it: Rome means history. There's layers of the stuff - Etruscan tombs, Republican meeting rooms, Imperial temples, early Christian churches, medieval bell towers, Renaissance palaces and baroque basilicas. In this city a phenomenal concentration of history, legend and monuments co-exists with an equally phenomenal concentration of people busily going about their everyday life. It's hard to say what you'll find most breathtaking about the eternal city - the arrogant opulence of the Vatican, the timelessness of the Forum, the top speed of a Fiat, a Ferrari or the bill for your cappuccino.
In the area immediately around "Vigna Licia" there is a riding school, some tennis courts and a public swimming pool not to mention the opportunities to go jogging or have a walk in the countryside. Just a few steps down the road from Vigna Licia, there is a small grocer and a butcher. There is also a restaurant, a pizzeria about 2 km from Vigna Licia.

I am just mailing to thank you for your hospitality during our visit to Rome last week. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and feel like we need another
holiday to get over that one as we did so much touring we are all exhausted!
Your holiday home was very welcoming and the services you provided.
From the moment we arrived we knew this was going to be a special holiday. We were greeted by the delightful Licia who showed us around and advised us on everything we needed to know. The apartment was spotless and the grounds immaculate (a credit to Eli who is the on-site caretaker). The house itself was a beautiful sight from any angle. A daily post-breakfast kick-about on the five-a-side football pitch with the German boys from the upstairs apartment kept my two sons entertained until we were ready to go out, whilst the swimming pool was a popular choice with all of us most evenings until the sun went down. Bikes, scooters, full size table tennis.
