Both the apartments have a spacious and cool terrace where you can eat and relax. They are furnished with a table and chairs and sun beds. They share with other apartments a wide and beautiful garden.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beach is only 5 minutes walk from the house.

Golf
The Adriatic Golf Club of Milano Marittima is one of the most popular in Italy.
The course, that has been used several times for the Italian Championship, has three different playing routes within the 27 holes.
The 27-hole track it crosses a wonderful background of dunes, small lakes and pinewood.
The trail was designed by popular architect Marco Croze in a natural environment. It is developed through the pinewood, with small lakes and large green areas and it has a double effect: on the one hand it calls to mind the Scottish fields, on the other it reminds you of some very large spaces, typical of U.S. landscapes. Italian and foreign experts consider the trail technically ideal for international tournaments.

Near Airports: Rimini (35km) - Forlì (30km) Bologna (100km). Near Port: Cervia (2,7km). Train Stations: Cervia (3,2km) - Cesena (18km). Ravenna (25km) Rimini (32km)

Distances
23km from the wonderful Byzantine town of Ravenna and 170km from Venice. Our apartments offer the chance of making beautiful interesting trips in the neighbourhoods.
It is 3km from the renowned amusement park of Mirabilandia.

Milano Marittima is one of the most popular locations of the Riviera Romagnola, chosen every years by thousands of tourists from all over Europe and also a lot of VIP's (especially Italian football players and showgirls). It offers a lot of attractions, such bars, restaurants, discos, but is also quiet and relaxing. It is suitable for people of every age.
The excellent facilities for life on the beach (sandy beaches are especially suitable for children) and practically any kind of sport of your choice (including sea and beach sports and golf) make Milano Marittima a highly desirable part of the Adriatic coast. It's up to you whether you prefer an active holiday or a relaxing one (there are also thermal baths), dividing your time between sun and the beach and the shade of the numerous parks and gardens.

Booking notes
Reservations are reconfirmed upon receipt of a deposit (via bank transfer) equal to 30% of the rate for the entire stay. The remaining 70% of the rate together with final cleaning fee is due cash upon arrival. Furthermore an amount of 200 euros as damage guarantee is required. This sum will be entirely refunded at the end of the stay if no damage will be claimed. The keys of the apartment will be delivered between 4 and 8pm. (by appointment) of the arrival day.
