The apartment is situated in the cinecittą area of Rome, known as the home of Italian movie makers. A car is not needed as the apartment is 50m from the metro(Subaugusta). In 15 minutes it will take you to the centre of Rome and in the Square there are the bus stops for Piazza san Giovanni (the Vatican City) which takes about 20 minutes. There are many shops and an elegant Mall nearby plus a beautiful park 300m from the apartment where you can go jogging and which is a good place for children to play. Also close to hand is a beautiful gym and indoor swimming pool that you can vist. Not to forget all the restaurants in the area to eat out.

Coast/Beach
There are many costal towns ,Ostia ,Anzio ,Lavinio and Nettuno. All have sandy beaches. It is about 30 minutes drive to the nearest one.
Travel
It is well connected with the airports and station.
A car is not needed as you can arrive from the airport by taking the train to the main station (Roma Termini) and then the metro to the apartment (metro to Subaugusta). The apartment is 50m from the metro station.
Distances
Frascati a well known wine town .Castelli Romani for there lakes and Tivoli for it's art. All are close by and in easy reach by car.
Further details
To visit areas outside of Rome, if by car it is easy to get onto the motorway.
Booking notes
A deposit of 30% is required when booking, with the balance on arrival. The owner speaks English and Italian.
Please note: It is important to arriveby 8.30pm at the aparatment.
