Notes on prices
Prices are based on two people sharing the 2/4 people apartments and four people sharing the 4/6 people apartments. Each additonal person pays 20 euros per night. Children under the age of 6 are free of charge. Children 6 - 12 years pay €10 a night each. Christmas, New Year and Easter are classed as high season. Minimum stay high season 7 nights. Mid and low season 2 nights. Security deposit charge 150 euros, payable on arrival. Final cleaning charge €35. 33% deposit required on booking.

Changeover day
Changeover day in high season is normally Saturday but we can be flexible subject to availability. Again, please contact us directly with your requirements.

Apartment 6 - Orgiolo (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4/6)

This spacious apartment has two double bedrooms and a sofabed in the lounge. The apartment is situated on the first floor of the restored 'casa colonica' and features high beamed ceilings. Large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Sofabed in lounge sleeps two people. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven and hob. Bathroom with bath (and shower above). The apartment has its own outside seating area in the main garden.

Apartment 3 - Luzano (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2/4)

This attractive ground floor apartment, situated in the restored 'casa cololnica' has one double bedroom. Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Sofabed in lounge sleeps two people. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven and hob. Bathroom with bath (and shower above). The apartment has it's own pergola with seating area directly outside with views over our vineyards.

Apartment 10 - Verdicchio (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2/4)

This comfortable one bedroom ground floor apartment forms part of the restored 'dependance' where years ago the animials and farm machinery would have been housed. Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Sofabed in lounge sleeps two people. Kitchen is equipped with fridge oven and hob. Bathroom with large shower. Air conditioning. This south facing apartment also has its own pergola with seating area directly outisde with fantastic views towards the mountains.

Apartment 5 - Rubico (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2/4)

Beautiful first floor one bedroom apartment with exposed beams, set in the restored 'casa colonica'. Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Sofabed in lounge sleeps two people. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven and hob. Bathroom with bath (and shower above). The apartment has it's own pergola with seating area in the garden overlooking our vineyards.

Notes on accommodation
All apartments have central heating. Linen and towels provided. All apartments have TV. Cots and highchairs can be provided on request.
No smoking.
Pets considered.

Outside
Outdoor swimming pool (12m x 6m) for use of all guests with fantastic views over our vineyards and the surrounding countryside. Sunbeds, deckchairs, chairs and sun umbrellas near the pool. Pool is open in the summer season only. There is also a BBQ area.
Outside laundry area with washing machine.

Coast/Beach
We are situated 12km from the 'velvet beach' at Senigallia(15 minutes by car). Approximately 35 minutes drive by car is the Monte Conero National Park with the coastal towns of Sirolo, Numana and Portonovo, all of which have lovely beaches.

Golf
There is a golf course at Sirolo, approximately 30km (35 minutes by car).

Travel
We are 12km from Ancona airport, about 15 minutes drive by car. Other airports in the area are Rimini (1 hour by car) and Pescara (2 hours by car).
Car hire is essential for those who wish to explore the area.

Distances
We are 5km from the small medieval fortified town of Morro D'Alba, famous for its wine, Lacrima di Morro D'Alba. We are 12km away from the larger towns of Senigallia and Jesi.

Further details
There are a host of beautiful hilltop towns and villages for you to visit. Also we are within easy reach of the Monte Conero National Park and the Gola della Rossa e di Frassisi. Grotte di Frassisi are Europe's biggest known caves, containing a spectacular display of stalactites and stalagmites some of them 1.4 million years old. Guided tours are given along a 1.5km long trail viewing five of the chambers.
There are also horseriding, walking and mountain bike trails in the area.

Booking notes
Apartments are available after 5pm on day of arrival, please try and arrive between the hours of 5pm and 7pm. However, should you require a checking in time outside these hours please contact us directly to arrange. The apartments should be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
