This ground floor apartment can accommodate four people. It comprises a entrance/dining room, living room and two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with oven, washing machine and dishwasher. One of the bathrooms is very large and suitable for disabled guests.

Camelia (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4)

This first floor apartment can accomodate four people. It comprises: entrance/kitchen/dining room area with large fireplace, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, small lounge. The apartment is equipped with oven, washing machine and dishwasher.

Geranio (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2)

The apartment, on two floors, can accommodate two people. Ground floor: living room with kitchen corner and fireplace. First floor: double bedroom, bathroom with tub and shower. The apartment is equipped with oven, washing machine and dishwasher.

Outside
The shared swimming pool (25m x 6.25m), with its breathtaking panorama of the Appennes, is situated amongst oaks. The depth of the pool is 1.20m and is safe for children.

Golf
A well known golf course “Poggio dei Medici- Scarperia” is only 16 kilometers from our property. Others golf courses are “le Pavoniere - Prato” at around 40 kilometers and “Ugolino – Impruneta” at around 45 kilometers.

Travel
Coming by car:
From Florence take the main road (SS302) as far as Borgo San Lorenzo. Then take SS 551 signpost Vicchio.
from the North leave the A1 motorway at the Barberino del Mugello exit, follow signs for Borgo San Lorenzo then Vicchio (SS551)
From the South leave the A1 motorway at Incisa exit. Follow signs for Dicomano then Vicchio (SS 551)
From Vicchio (without going into the town of Vicchio). Follow the signs for Ponte a Vicchio. Go over the level crossing, then immediately.

Poggio a Sieve is in Tuscany, Mugello, near Vicchio (1.2 km – 0.750 mile) which is 34 km (21 miles) from Florence.

Further details
A short walk away (0.75 mile) from Poggio a Sieve is Vicchio, with shopping facilities and where you can take the train and get to Florence in an hour. Near by are sports facilities for tennis and riding. 16 km (10 miles) away Lake Bilancino also has attraction for the sporting guest, especially sailing. Many typical restaurants are spread around.
