Luxurious villa and Lovely Beach House rental for real Italian vacations, on the beach in Apulia region, along the Adriatic coast, 8 miles from Ostuni. The place is called Pantanagianni, or better known as 'Horse Shoe Beach' for its shape. A place where you’ll find relax away from city noises and clear sea water, but still centrally located in the region. The villa was built in 2003 and is situated at about 250m (280 yards) from the beaches. Located in corner position between Oslo St. and Vienna Avenue, which are Pantanagianni main street to the beaches.

Notes on prices
The prices are approximated for 4/5 people, using 1 house only.
Consider the price double for the entire villa (2 houses) when available.
The price includes electric power, gas, water consumptions towels and linen. Not Beach towels.
Heating/air conditioning charged €10/day EXTRA (1 house)
Final cleaning charged €50/week (1 house), or €10/person in case of big groups.
Reservations are confirmed with a payment of 30%. Balance is to be paid 5 weeks before arrival date. Refundable deposit.
Changeover day
Rental period is usually from Saturday to Saturday specially in High Season but Mid-Week bookings are accepted when possible.

Our first floor house is provided with air conditioning and central heating system. You enter it from the balcony into a spacious living/dining room with an hidden wide kitchen counter, cabinets and all the accessories for 7 people. Microwave, toaster, oven, tea kettle, pot and pans and so on. The wide living/dining room also has other furniture and cabinets, a table and 2 sofa, both can be opened to a double bed for the 6/7th guest, and one single bed for the 5th. TV, radio DVD/VCR are located in this room as well. From here you enter a little hall that takes you to the bathroom with shower and the 2 bedrooms. Main bedroom sleeps 2, there is a double size bed with a wardrobe and supplementary socket for a second TV system. 2nd bedroom sleeps 2 more with a bunk bed, wardrobe and other socket for extra TV set. |

Notes on accommodation
Both houses are equipped with air conditioning and central heating system. Running water aqueduct type. Separate gas boilers for hot water. Gas for the kitchen. 220 Volts electric power. Alarm system for house and gates - radio connected.
They were built for family best use, safe for children and very comfortable to guest 4/5 people each up to 7 max.
The entire villa can guest up to 14 max.
Accessibility
Our ground floor houses can guest a wheelchair, as it has only 1 little step from the car park area to the house entrance, the rest of the house is on 1 floor.
Outside
Our ground floor house has a larger outside areas around the house with front veranda, back patio garden all provided with armchairs and sun beds, there is an outside shower and a long sunny spot sitting area on one side, and portable barbeque to be moved in the preferred spot.

Pedestrian gate and car drive gate with parking inside.
The garden and outside area around the house is all fenced in and independent from the upper house for privacy and very safe for children.
Our first floor house has only one entrance through the gate for pedestrian and car park, from here you reach the stairs that takes to a beautiful balcony facing sunsets over the sky, wide enough for dining and sitting for 7 people. While the back of the house has windows overlooking beautiful see views. The front patio and outside area is all fenced in and separated from the other house for privacy and still safe for children.
Coast/Beach
The beaches are the most beautiful of the area, and their best expression is during the off season and during non busy hours, in these moments this is the best place you'll find peace, serenity and regenerate body and soul. Simply walk along the beaches or ride a bicycle through the streets and you'll feel it.
Golf
San Domenico Golf Club is only 15 minutes driving (14 miles).

For those who are on pension we will increase our services, as they may need more attention. We can: Pick you up and take you back from and to the airport; Bring food over the house or take you to shopping: Organize tours and we will do the driving.

Nearest beach: 250 metres (1 minute walk).
Nearest ferry port: Brindisi at 12 miles.
Nearest railway station: Ostuni at 8 miles.

Car use is recommended.
We also provide Car Hire service for you - we will pick you up and take you back from and to the airport in Brindisi on your arrival and departure date and time.

Since Pantanagianni is right on the S.S. 379 state highway it's so easy to reach any other location in Apulia region.
There are many antiques and castles to visit at 5 to 40 minutes drive (some castles are still originally furnished).
There is so many places to visit, like Brindisi (12 miles) Carovigno (4 miles) San Vito Dei Normanni (8 miles), Ostuni (8 miles), Oria (22 miles), Cisternino (17 miles), Locorotondo (23 miles), Alberobello (28 miles), Martina Franca (22 miles), Polign.

Yes, specially for those who arrive late at night in Brindisi, after a long trip, we will provide a warm welcome meal with local wine and bread and a delicious real Italian warm lasagne.
For vegetarians, fresh made cannelloni or crepes with “Ricotta” (fresh local cream cheese) mixed with spinach or mushrooms.
PLUS more food for the next morning breakfasts, with butter, jam, milk, coffee, tea, eggs, a case of water in the refrigerator and so on.
All the above for only 13 euros per person - less than £9. If you are a family of 4 or a larger group ask for a discount. We can also arrange a CAR HIRE service for you - we will pick you up and take you back from and to the airport in Brindisi on your arrival and departure date and time.

Pantanagianni is still an unknown location, breathing the fresh sea air here gives you a sense of wellness if you look at the map you will notice our place has a central position in Apulia Region. From here you can easily reach any tourist and cultural attraction of the region within 5 - 70 minutes. There is all villas and private houses, it's really a quiet place, only in hot summer it gets populated. Only a few restaurants and pizzerias at walking distance.

'Lovely quiet spot for an end of March holiday. Need a car to get around though - the Italians have not really started holidaying from the North at this time so places right on the beach are closed or quiet. Lovely apartment and Rino and Rita are very friendly. They see to your needs, without imposing, and are great for suggesting things to do and places to eat. Great to sit in Italian restaurants, surrounded by Italians and their families. Food prices are very reasonable - Ostuni is only 10 minutes away if you want large town atmosphere, with lots of character. Don't forget the phrase book, although everyone seems happy to try a little English. Chao!'
