Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible, but guests are asked to vacate the apartment by 10am on the day of departure.
Il Granaio (Sleeps 4/6, 2 Bedrooms)

This is a 1st floor apartment accessed by a private external staircase.
It has 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms.
There is a private terrace off one of the bedrooms.
Kitchen/dining room – with oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The ceiling is exposed with wooden beams and there is exposed stonework.
The spacious lounge has 2 comfortable sofas, one of which can be converted to a double bed if required.

La Paglia (Sleeps 2/4, 1 Bedroom)
|
La Paglia is our first floor 1 bedroom apartment with a beautiful view across the Belbo Valley.
It is accessed via a private external staircase and has a double bedroom (single beds available on request).
Shower room.
The lounge/kitchen has a dining table and 2 comfortable sofas, one of which can be converted to a double bed if required. It has exposed beams and stonework.
Both the bedroom and the kitchen have balconies which over look the valley.

Il Rustico (Sleeps 2/4, 1 Bedroom)
|
Il Rustico is our 1 bedroom ground floor apartment.
It has a double bedroom. The bedroom has 'French' windows which open onto the shared garden and there is a table with chairs for alfresco meals.
Shower room.
The lounge/kitchen has a dining table and 2 comfortable sofas, one of which can be converted to a double bed if required.

Notes on accommodation
Cots, highchairs etc are available at no extra charge on request. We do ask guests not to smoke inside the apartments.
Outside
We have over 12 acres of woodland and vineyards, which guests are free to enjoy. There are also tables and chairs in the garden, and a BBQ is available on request.
Travel
Turin airport is approx 1½ hour away and Genoa 1¾ hour. Being a rural location, a car is essential.
Distances
Our local village is 2km away and Santo Stefano is a 10 min drive. The larger towns of Alba, Asti, Canelli, Nizza Monferato and Acqui Terme are all within a 35 min drive.
Further details
Cossano Belbo is a small village but has all the essential shops you need, plus 4 excellent restaurants. 10 mins away is Santo Stefano, birthplace of the famous Italian writer Cesare Pavese. The area is a food and wine lovers paradise, with delicacies such as the white truffle Barolo and Barberesco. We will be happy to recommend places for you to visit.

A deposit of 40% of the total cost is required to confirm the booking, with full payment made at least 8 weeks before the start of the rental.
