Beachside Italia is a perfectly formed apartment with quality modern fixtures and fittings. Located only a short walk from the warm waters of the Adriatic, on the outskirts of the Gargano national park. The apartment comprises of a double master bedroom, lounge, galley kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The apartment is equipped with DVD player and surround sound system, TV, fridge/freezer, 2 sofas, big mirrors, shower, washing machine, gas oven and hob, private secure parking and a balcony with table and chairs. With dawn views of the sun rising majestically out of the sea, to breakfast in the sunshine on the balcony and to hearing the lapping of the sea's waves at night, the apartment is blissful. A holiday spent here, whether it is 2 weeks in the height of August or a quiet weekend in May or June, will be a truly memorable one.

| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom with super kingsize bed, mosquito net, ceiling fan, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe and full-length mirror. All linens included. The sun streams onto the bed once the blinds are pulled open to reveal stunning sea and mountains views. |
| Bathrooms: | A contemporary floor to ceiling Italian-tiled bathroom with four small glass brick windows to add light. Comprising of toilet, sink with mirrored storage cupboard, shower and washing machine. |
| Kitchen: | The sleek Italian bespoke kitchen is fully equipped with oven, four-burner hob, sink, drainer, toaster, bread bin, espresso and coffee making facilities, crockery, cutlery, tea towels and kitchenware included. |
| Living Rooms: | The comfortable and spacious lounge area includes 2 sofas, 1 of which converts to a kingsize double bed and the other to a single. Guests using this area are provided for with hanging space and storage cupboards for their garments. |
| Other: | The surround sound system includes wall-mounted speakers, sub, and allows you to plug in your i-pod, minidisc or laptop via the mini-jack lead provided. There are plenty of DVD's, CD's, books and Italian phrasebooks/dictionary should you wish to use them. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included but not beach towels, guests should provide their own. The apartment is checked between visits, however guests are required to clean the apartment and re-lay master bed before leaving to ensure cleaning deposit is refunded. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment does not have air conditioning however the apartment faces east so after the morning sun it is out of direct sunlight keeping it cooler. In addition the master bedroom has a ceiling fan and there are often lovely cooling sea breezes. The apartment is suitable for children and the sea is perfect, with warm, shallow waters, a nearby water park (just south on the complex and activities on the sea front at nearby Siponto. (operating in peak season only)
The apartment can be also be used out of the main summer season and feather duvets and heaters are provided for the months of March and November.

Outside
The balcony has sea and mountain views and is perfect for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine or for morning coffee and croissants. It has a table and four chairs with padded seats. The balcony houses facilities for hanging washing to dry.
Coast/Beach
The sandy beach is a 300 metre walk and has warm and shallow waters.
Travel
The nearest airport is Bari Palese on the northern side of the city of Bari. Best value flights can be found at ryanair.co.uk. Drive time between the airport and apartment is just over one hour. Car hire is recommended and offers good value It is also possible to fly into Pescara daily with Ryanair and into Naples with Easyjet. Although we don't recommend it, it is possible to arrive at the apartment via public transport using a bus, train and another bus.
Distances
The apartment is half a mile from the nearest restaurant, 6 miles from Siponto (the nearest town) and 7 miles from Manfredonia (the nearest city). Pompeii is a day trip away and takes approximately three and a half hours to drive.
The Tremiti islands offer another fantastic daytrip opportunity, with ferries leaving from Manfredonia (June - September) or Termoli (45 mins drive and operates all year)
The beautiful and historic Monte Sant'Angelo is a 30 minute drive up into the mountains.
Further details
The crystal clear waters of the beaches of the Gargano Penninsula start after a 30 min drive. The stunning beauty of the nature and wildlife in the Gargano national park can be reached in much the same time. Guests have recommended inland Lucera & Rignano Garganico & coastal Vieste, Baia di Campi and Peschici. The complex has a supermarket, pizzeria and bar on site. The nearest restaurant is half a mile away along the main road. Siponto (6 miles) offers many restaurants, bars, church, museum, tabacconist, clubs, beachside cafes and grocery shop. Manfredonia (7 miles) offers all that Siponto does plus banks, hundreds of shops, a harbour, castle, internet cafes, supermarkets, a varied nightlife, dry cleaners, designer clothes shops.
Booking notes
50% deposit required to confirm the booking. Full payment to be made 2 weeks prior to visit. Cleaning/breakages bond of £75. Keys will be posted recorded delivery when full payment is cleared. (however no more than 1 week prior to visit unless by prior arrangement). Cleaning/breakages bond will be refunded following receipt of keys and apartment check.
