Prices are for the property per week in euros. Other costs incurred: Cleaning of the villa at the end of your stay, 130 - 160 Euro. Electricity over 100 kw per week is charged at 50 cent per kw.
Changeover day
Saturday is our changeover day. Check in is between 3pm - 7pm. Check-out is no later than 10am.

Outside
Villa Francesca has a lovely private garden and of street parking for 2-3 cars. There is plenty of space to relax in the garden and using the BBQ and outside dining is a must. There is also an outside shower with hot water!
Coast/Beach
Two beautiful sandy beaches at Torre delle Stelle, one only a short walk away and the other is 1km away.
Golf
Soon to open in Villasimius a new golf course, 15km drive from Torre delle Stelle. There is also horse riding here on one of the best beaches in the South of Sardinia, Timi Ama.
Travel
Cagliari airport is less than an hours drive and we recommend car hire. This will allow you to visit many wonderful landscapes, beaches and Cagliari.

Torre delle Stelle has the following facilities: Security entrance, 2 supermarkets (one selling fresh bread and pasta, cakes etc), restaurants and cafes, tennis courts, football courts, children’s playground and a pharmacy.
Booking notes
We take a 30% deposit and require full payment 8 weeks prior to the rental period.
