Bedroom 1 with double bed. Extra single bed can be added in the living area on request. Bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. Kitchen includes cooker, hob and fridge. Kitchen/living area includes dining table, sofa and TV. Towels and linens are included and changed once a week. Final cleaning is included

Apartment B (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 4/5)

Bedroom 1 with double bed, bedroom 2 with double bed, all beds can be made single. There is a sofa bed in the living room for a child. Large comfortable living room with fireplace. Kitchen includes oven and fridge. Bathroom with bath tub, shower, WC and bidet. Large private terrace 50 sq.m.

Notes on accommodation
The owners have 2 mountain bikes for rent at a rate of 15 euros per bike, per week.

Outside
There is a large patio in front of the apartment with barbeque facilities. The apartment is surrounded with a lush garden and woods. The swimming pool is shared with other guests and measures 7.3x4.5 m. Garden furniture is available. Ample space for children to play. Swing and other outdoor games available.

Coast/Beach
The beach is 70 mins.

Special interest holidays
The owner of the house is an art lover and painter. Art supplies and lessons can be arranged on request.

Radicondoli is the nearest village at 5km distance. Siena and San Gimignano are 30 mins drive. Florence 60 mins, Arezzo 70 mins, Volterra 90 mins, Pisa 90 mins. The Thermal Spa at Le Galleraie which specalises in mud baths is 7km away. Horse riding is nearby.
