All power, heating gas and water charges are included in the rental price.
Unfortunately the property is down an inclined path and then up two flights of stairs. we therefore recommend it is not suitable for wheelchair bound guests.

The apartment has two terraces (Lake View & Lake/village view). Plus a small tiered garden.

Coast/Beach
*M* on the Lake is situated on the shores of Lake Como.
In the summer the locals and tourists lounge and swim at the many Lidos scattered around the lake.
As the sun sets the Lido's come alive with gossip and the clink of Prosecco glasses.

Skiing is available on local fields (Barzio, Moltrasio) with 40 minutes from the apartment, or for the more adventurous, St Moritz is only 2 hours away by car.

The Apartment is approximatley 1.5 hours from all the major airports in the region.
Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate and Bergamo.
Car hire is available at all these airports and ie. recommended.

Distances
Argegno is situated 25mins from Como and 15 minutes from the Swiss border. Lugano and St Moritz are both with 2hours drive and the Italian city of Milan a mere and hour away.
Bellagio, Lecco and Como are accessible by the ferries that run on the lake the Argegno ferry pier is 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

Further details
The main supermarket is in Cernobio with local shops available in the village or Argegno (4mins walk).
A bank with cash machine is also in the village.
There are many fine restaurants in the area, far to numerous to list here, we suggest you come and visit and experience them all for your self!

Booking notes
A 50% booking fee is asked for on confirmation of booking.
Balance payments are asked for within one month prior to the commencement of the booking.
A 200 Euro (fully refundable) key security deposit is asked for on arrival.
Our custodians will meet you at the property and ensure you are settled in.

Guest comments
I just wanted to say thank you so much for letting us stay at your apartment in Lake Como....it is absolutely stunning and we would definitely like another trip at some point, maybe in the Summer!
The views are gorgeous and surroundings are amazing! Also, Eric was very helpful and willing to help with anything we needed (we didn't need anything, as it was all perfect), but it was nice knowing someone was there!
