Les Bouganvilles is an independent villa, surrounded by a wide garden, placed in a panoramic position on a small cape which is situated between residence Cala Capra and residence Porto Mannu. The villa is part of the Porto Mannu residence and shares all its services, like the daily and nightly guardian service and the swimming pool. The villa is composed by three independent portions: A, B and C: the portions A and C are available for rental. The portion A has 4 rooms (5/6 beds), while the portion C has two rooms; both have a panoramic veranda, a private garden and a private parking.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros. Price includes gas, water and electricity. Additional fees must be necessarily paid for final cleaning service: 80 euros for portion A and 50 euros for portion C. If desired, bed linen and towels are available at the price of 24 euros/person/change.

Changeover day
The keys of the apartment will be delivered between 5pm and 10pm (by appointment) of the arrival day and have to be returned within 10am on the departure day.
The changeover day is Saturday: other days on request.

Portion A is four-roomed: one bedroom has a twin bed and a big closet, while the other bedroom has two single beds and a window-door opening on the patio. There are also a living rooom with a double sofa-bed and a TV (satellite), a corridor with another big closet, a kitchen and a bathroom. All the rooms have been recently refurnished. There are two bathrooms; the kitchen has sink, stove, oven, refrigerator-freezer and dishwasher. On the back covered courtyard there are an outdoor sink and the washing machine.

Portion C is two-roomed: there are a double bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with kitchen corner, double sofa-bed and TV (satellite). The bathroom is provided with shower, washing machine and hairdryer, while the kitchen is provided with sink, stove, refrigerator-freezer and microwave/grill oven. The living room has two wide window-door, opening on the veranda and on the patio. Portion C has been just restructured and has the kitchen and part of the furnishing renewed.

 

Notes on accommodation
Portion A has air-conditioning, which can be used also for heating purpose. Both portions are provided with Sateliite TV and heating.

Outside
The portion A has a wide veranda with a lunch and a relax zone, a solarium of 30 square meters and is surrounded by a wide garden full of plants. The portion C has a veranda for lunch and a beautiful garden too. Both verandas are furnished with tables, chairs, seats and sun-beds. From everywhere outside the villa there is a great panoramic view of the Maddalena Archipelago.

Coast/Beach
Villa Les Bouganvilles is located near (about 400 meters) to Cala Capra beach and Porto Mannu beach; Porto Mannu beach is equipped with beach facilities, a swimming pool, videogames, dayly and nightly entertainment, bar and restaurant. In the immediate vicinity, a well-equipped mini-market and a pizzeria are available.

Travel
Distance from Olbia (harbour and airport): 40 km.
Distance from Palau (harbour): 4 km.

Distances
From Palau, the nearest town (about 4 km), there are daily departures of the boat excursions towards the most beautiful and wide islands of the Maddalena Archipelago.
The famous touristic locations Porto Cervo, Poltu Quatu and Baia Sardinia are reachable in half an hour by car.

Booking notes
Reservations are reconfirmed upon receipt of a deposit (via bank transfer) equal to 30% of the rate for the entire stay. The remaining 70% of the rate together with final cleaning fees is due upon arrival. Furthermore an amount of 200 euros as damage-guarantee is required. This sum will be entirely refunded at the end of the stay if no damage will be claimed.
