The villa itself is entered via private electric gates and is set within extensive gardens and terraced areas with outside pizza oven and BBQ. At the rear of the property there is a stunning patio area looking out over the villas acre of olive and fruit trees. Ideally located for town and sea the area is very tranquil with beautiful countryside.

Notes on prices

Changeover day
Saturday preferable although this may be flexible depending on month of year and other bookings.

The villa is set within an acre of beautiful, private grounds comprising of terraced gardens which include fruit and olive trees, covered terrace areas with seating for 6 people, a large patio area suitable for sunbathing, an outside shower, pizza oven and BBQ. The villa accessed through private electric gates and has a drive that is suitable for 3 cars.
Coast/Beach
Beautiful sandy beaches are dotted all along the coastline with the nearest beaches being 10 miles away.
Travel
Brindisi airport is 20 mins and Bari airport 1 hour 10 mins away. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Ostuni, a beautiful walled city, is approx 4 miles away and offers a multitude of fantastic restaurants, bars, shops and weekly markets. St Michele, a smaller town, is nearer with restaurants, supermarket and bars. There are also a couple of local restaurants within 1 mile of the villa.
Further details
Further afield there are many attractions worth visiting such as a safari park, a trulli village, beautiful churches and towns as well as stunning beaches on both the Adriatic and Ionian coasts.
