Notes on accommodation
The property is suitable for families although young children should be supervised as there are stairs between the terraces.
Its easy access makes it suitable for the elderly although there is no wheelchair access. The gardens benefit from all round daily sun but the house remains cool, light and airy. The double glazed windows open fully and the main bedroom has a terrace/balcony overlooking the river.

Outside
There is a good sized covered outdoor eating area with picnic table,easy chairs and play area. The river and further terraced play area is accessed via a gate across the road.
Coast/Beach
The lovely Mediterranean coastal town of Arma Di Taggia is 20 minutes by car with beautiful safe and clean beaches complete with all the usual family facilities.
Golf
Brand new course maturing, due to open soon.
Skiing
The small but lively resort of Limone is 1 1/2 hours away with transfers possible.
Special interest holidays
The area is popular with walkers and cyclists.
Travel
Nice airport is 1 hour away by car and serviced by Easy Jet. Ryan Air also fly into Genoa Airport which is between 1 and two hours by car. Car rentals easily and readily available.
Distances
The old colonial city of San Remo is 30 minutes away including some fine shops and Victorian casino and large marina and sea front.
Monaco is just a 40 minute drive away or can be accessed by train.
Further details
The bustling village of Badalucco is 5 minutes by car including shops, bank, chemist, pizza restaurant, local bars, petrol station and doctors. Arma Di Taggia, has everything including supermarkets, shops, market, many restaurants and bars including lots of ice cream places to sit and watch the world go by with something for everyone.
