13th century lovely studio apartment nicely restored in the town centre, 2 min by walk to the main street from which you can easily walk up to the Cathedral in Piazza Grande or you can dip down across the several narrows streets enjoying the beautiful palaces, churches and typical shops. This apartment was born like a painting studio for my father who had loved Montepulciano, for all his life, more than everything else for the breathtaking views of the countryside, the quietness and obviously the good vine. Cunningly reorganized by my mom, the apartment retains the original features such as wooden beamed ceiling and open fireplace. If you are looking for peacefulness, relax and something pure, you should come and try this lovely accommodation! The best is for people who love the artworks and who like to find out and enjoy every secret corner of this beautiful town as well as taste the special feeling of the ancient world.

Notes on prices
During the summertime the apartment is rented on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday - we have some flexibility with change-over day, please ask). The rent includes water, electricity and gas. There is a charge of 15 Euro for cleaning the apartment after checkout. You may request sheets and towels, with weekly change, at a cost of 5 Euro per person per week.

Pearl of 14th century, Montepulciano, lies to the southeast of Siena, on the top of one of the hills that separates the Valdichiana from the Val d’Orcia that was recently recognized by UNESCO as part of the World Heritage for the breathtaking landscapes celebrated by Renaissances’ painters. Originally Etruscan, Montepulciano preserve an 8th century fortress and medieval churches and palazzos. Chiefly known for its wine, Montepulciano offers excellent restaurants, café’s, wine-bars and shops. In July and August the town becomes a stage of live festivals with the International Arts Workshop, the local 'Bruscello' and the 'Bravio delle Botti' with a spectacular barrel race. It's an ideal base for discovering the wonderful Tuscany with Pienza, Montalcino, Chiusi, Bagno Vignoni (hot springs water) all between 14/35km of scenic drives. Siena 65 km and Perugia 67 Km. Easily reachable from the major airports of Florence and Rome, is one of the most unspoiled countryside in Italy, enjoy it!
