Castelbianco is located in west Liguria, near Albenga and Alassio. 15km from the coast you can discover the Pennavaire Valley, an unexpected piece of Liguria. The landscape that appears is amazing as it is impressive to see an 'Alpine' environment so close to the sea. Only the skyline lets you remember you are in Liguria. Castelbianco is the first municipality in the valley it consists of four distinct wards, Vesallo, Veravo, Oresine and Colletta. The latter well known as the first 'telematic village' in Europe. There is no distinct town centre between them. Castelbianco offers a number of walks over ancient paths through fresh and green woods, where, in the autumn, you can reap mushrooms and chestnuts.

Other: On the big panoramic terrace it is possible to dine and to cook with the barbecue.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Property is cleaned on changeover day. Towels and linen are included and changed once a week. For long rentals our cleaner can visit as frequently as requested.

In little more than 1 hour by car you can reach the sky resort of Artesina and Prato Nevoso. In 2.30 hours the Olympic resorts of Torino 2006.
Travel
Genoa Airport is under one hour away, a little more for Nice Airport. The motorway junction is 12 km away.
Further details
Castelbianco is a little village but there are 2 excellent restaurants and a Tourism Farm. There is a baker and a pharmacy. In less then 10 mins you'll find many other restaurants and a pizzeria, some shops, a butcher and a bank.
