Castelbianco is located in west Liguria, near Albenga and Alassio. 15km from the coast you can discover an unexpected piece of Liguria, with still the feel of the traditional past. The location is perfect to visit the Riviera: you can stay in the quietness of the countryside, explore the sites typical and very panoramic and offering a variety of hiking opportunities but, if you want, in 1 hour you can reach Montecarlo and Cote Azur or Genoa. Castelbianco is the first municipality in the valley it consists of four distinct hamlets, Vesallo, Veravo, Oresine and Colletta. The latter well known as the first 'telematic village' in Europe. There is no distinct town centre between them. Here you can find 3 exellent restaurant in 5 min by car. The local town, Cisano sul Neva, about 7 min. away has a small local grocer. You can shop for food in Albenga, about 15 min. away, and the local store le Serre COOP is open the whole day. Bread, on demand, at home every morning at 9.00

It also comes complete with Italian coffee maker (moka), kettle, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking implements to cook for 6. Other: On the terrace it is possible to dine and to cook with the barbecue. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Property is cleaned on changeover day. Towels and linen are included and changed once a week. For long rentals our cleaner can visit as frequently as requested. |

We have a private garden with sun beds, and an area under chestnut trees with tables and chiars at disposal for the guests of all houses.

The wonderful beaches of Alassio and Laigueglia are 20 minutes drive away.

In little more than 1 hour by car you can reach the sky resort of Artesina and Prato Nevoso. In 2.30 hours the Olympic resorts of Torino 2006.

Genoa Airport is under one hour away, a little more for Nice Airport. The motorway junction is 12 km away.
Further details
Castelbianco is a little village but there are 2 excellent restaurants and a Tourism Farm. There is a baker and a pharmacy. In less then 10 mins you'll find many other restaurants and a pizzeria, some shops, a butcher and a bank.
