The apartments are located in a residence near the sea in Porto Rotondo, one of the worldwide most famous village in Sardinia. Here in 1967 some investors arrived to develop a touristic centre for the international metropolitan tourism. The results are excellent 55km of coastline, 80 beaches and bays and a world wide known landmark of Sardinia. In the surroundings of Porto Rotondo you'll find the most beautiful Sardinian beaches, Spiaggia Ira, Punta Asfodeli, Spiaggia dei Sassi e delle Alghe, Punta Volpe, Spiaggia Marinella. Just 15 minutes driving you will find Spiaggia Liscia Ruja, Li Cocchi, Il Pevero, etc. The apartments are nearby all the exclusive shops and restaurants; Porto Rotondo Marina is just 300m from the residence. 20 minutes drive from Olbia airport.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in euros.
Final cleaning: 50 euros. Linen and towels, electricity, gas and water consumes: 50 euros per person/week. Infant cot 25 euros. Security deposit, 150 euros paid locally and refunded at the departure. Payment: 50% at booking. 50% at your arrival.

Changeover day
Saturday is the standard changeover. Other days can be possible in no high season periods.

A terrace with seating and recliners serves as a living room in the open.

Outside
Private patio or terrace with table and chairs is available. Shared large gardens where children can enjoy in safety are also available.

Coast/Beach
The most famous, wonderful, Costa Smeralda beaches (The Prince, the Celvia, Liscia Ruja and others) can be reached in matter of minutes. Walking from the property you can reach Ira Beach, Rudargia beach and Punta Volpe beach.

Golf
Some spectacular courses are to be found in Sardinia. Experience the contrast of the lush green fairways against the bright blue sky whilst enjoying superb sea views. Il Pevero Golf Club is situated in the Costa Smeralda in the northeast and can be easily described as one of the world’s most beautiful golf courses with sweeping sea and coastal views. The Pevero Golf Club is 18km far from Porto Rotondo.

Special interest holidays
A lot of recreation and sporting actitivities can be requested like: boat excursions to the Maddalena Archipelago, pleasure boat charters and sea fishing, sub diving (equipment furnished) in the marine parks.
By land: suggested archaeological excursions, tour of the Vermentino wine valleys of Gallura, horse riding, quad rides in the uncontaminated Gennargentu area, trekking along the rivers, moto excursions in Supramonte.

Sardinia, notorious for its winds, offers the most natural and essential element to surfers from all over the world. Every year, lovers of this sport arrive from many European countries, most of all from Germany. They enjoy practicing their sport in a natural, unpolluted environment and surf with the different wind conditions (which is never missing) and good water temperatures. An excellent recipe for surfers.

Bookings can be made by contacting us direct by e-mail or telephone. Once we have received your booking request, we will confirm availabilty and prices by email.
The booking is confirmed by the payment of the deposit (25% of the full amount). The balance (75% of the full amount) can be paid:
- at your arrival if you decide to pay in cash
- before your arrival if you will pay by bank transfer or PayPal (using your credit card)
