Outside the apartment there is a shared pool (open June - September), shower, garden and terrace and in addition, there is a garage and private parking. The apartment is 5 minutes walk to the Lake, with shops, bank, restaurants and other local amenities (all within 1km). Sala Comacina is a medieval village on the Lake, midway between Como Town and Menaggio and overlooks the only island Isola Comacina. This tranquil location is close to many sports facilities, incl. windsurfing (25km), hill-walking and skiing resorts (150km).

Refunds are given for cancellations made upto 12 weeks before you travel.
