Beautiful studio apartment for 2 persons and 1 child in Alassio, flower riviera with spectacular sea and valley views and overlooking the old romantic borgo 'madonna della Grazie'. From the studio, looking in 'La baia del sole' you will see Alassio and Laiqueglia. In the studio is internet and Sky tv and all tthings you need in the kitchen to prepar a good Italian diner. If you look at the pictures, I do not have to write anything more! It will take 5 min. to drive to the wonderful sandy beaches. Alassio is between San Remo and Genua. It takes you 45 mins to go to Monte Carlo. We have a beautiful beach, shopping centre, restaurants, tennis club and 18 holes golf club (Garlenda), . From the studio to the centre is 3 mins by car or you make 2 stops by bus. TV, Sky, stereo, washing machine and free parking. Sheets, blankets, light and gas, etc are included the rentprice. The accommodation is all on one floor, with sea view and coastline. End cleaning for the owner.

About the owner
I was born in Holland, Amsterdam but have been living in Alassio for 40 years. I married an Italian fellow and we got 2 daughters, they are both married. The Italian fellow died, he was a very good man. We bought this paradise corner 20 years ago and every day its very good coming home. I feel like the queen of "La Bella Vista"!
I am playing tennis and golf, sometimes taking my quests with me to show the beautiful clubs. If they are playing themselves, even better.
