Over the last 5 years "Il Fabbro" has been completely restored by local craftsmen using traditional methods and materials. The house has been fully central heated but still retains two big open log burning fireplaces. We have beautiful terraces for eating 'Al Fresco'and during the winter months, eat inside by the log fire. Whatever your length of stay we encourage our guests to explore the land, relax in the sun or just doze in the gently swaying hammock! For the more energetic traveller, and if cycling is your passion, we have a competition road cyclist attached to the property. Your hosts Geran & Vince will be delighted to help make your holiday a wonderful experience.

Twin, Double, Queen size beds in the rooms all en suite three with showers and one with a bath.
Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor so accessible for people that are mobility restricted.

Notes on accommodation
Central heating, log fires in the winter, we like children.
Guests are welcome to smoke on the terrace.
Fire flies are a sight to be seen May/June.

Property is set in its own eight acres of woodland.
We have a barbecue available.
Large terrace overlooking the medieval town of Barga, 15 minutes away by car.
Coast/Beach
Viareggio is Ihr 20 minutes by car.
Skiing
Abetone is approximately 1hr 15 minutes away.
