15th century stone cottage set high up in the Appennine mountains of north Tuscany. Consisting of 2 double bedrooms, large well equiped kitchen and comfortable sitting room. Downstairs shower, bidet and loo. Outside patio, garden with barbecue. Part of a small medieval village.

Self Catering price per week:
Low Season: October-April: £450.00, extra for gas and wood.
Mid Season: May, June, September: £500.00.
High Season: July August: £550.00.

Notes on accommodation
Internally recently refurbished, consisting of 2 double bedrooms with a downstairs shower, loo and bidet, large kitchen/diner and sitting room.
The sitting room is tranquil with comfortable cream sofas, Persian rugs and many books. There is a small TV / DVD player, although we boast no connection to television. Should the idea of removing yourself from the outside world for a week or two be too overwhelming we have Internet access.
There is a wood burning stove as well as gas central heating which if necessary can be available at extra charge. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped and would satisfy any enthusiastic cook. The bedrooms are luxurious with goose down duvets and pillows, crisp white cottons and memory foam mattresses. There is a small garden with table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the surrounding mountain views, as well as an outside barbecue area for al fresco eating.
