It is a quiet and tranquil country setting ideal for children and a family holiday yet conveniently close to the many cultural, artistic and culinary delights which attract visitors to italy. Available for year-round rental, this is an ideal base from which to explore many of Umbria's and Tuscany’s prime tourist sites, or to simply bask by the pool in the Italian sunshine and admire the lovely countryside.

Perugia San Egidio Airport, only 30 minutes away. Now with direct Ryan Air flights from London/Stansted.
Rome Ciampino airport, just under 2 hours away offers value for money flights via Ryanair and EasyJet.
Forli/Bologna - L Rudolphi airport, just over 2 hours away.
Ancona - 2 hours. Pisa - 3 hours. (Ryanair).

Perugia is 20km to the north and Todi 20km to the south. As the house is so well positioned and has quick access to the E45 Superstrada many famous towns can be visited for just a morning or afternoon visit. Leaving you with the rest of the day to relax leisurely by the pool or enjoy a cool glass of wine from the local cantina.

I booked this villa to celebrate my wife's' 60th. birthday. Everything was perfect and exactly as described. The starter pack was first class, the villa incredibly spacious, and on entry we were welcomed with huge vases of flowers.
