Villa al Capo is situated in a refined and tranquil residential area of the Marine Preserve of Plemmirio. It is a few kilometres away from Syracuse and it offers two apartments, each one has its own pedestrian entrance and a press button gate useful for entering by car.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival time after 2pm. Departure time by 10am.
| Bedrooms: | There are two bedrooms with double beds and in each bedroom there is a wardrobe and a drawer. There is also a third bedroom with bunk beds for 2 persons, a wardrobe and a drawer. |

| Kitchen: | The large living area of the villa is subdivided into three rooms: kitchen, dining room and living room. The stone kitchen contains a cooker, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric BBQ. |
| Utility Room: | Washing machine, sink for the laundry and shelves. |
| Living Rooms: | Tastefully furnished containing sofas and a stone fireplace. A corner is furnished with a table, cupboard and a sofa bed for 2 persons. In this living/dining room there are several large windows that offer a view of the sea. |

Towels and linen are included and changed weekly. Property is cleaned weekly. Parking is inside the property and included in the price. |

Notes on accommodation
The house is equipped with a new air conditioning system in the bedrooms. In the living/dining room there is a stone fire which can be used in winter. The bedrooms have good wheelchair access as the corridors and doors are wide enough for a wheelchair to maneuver.
Both the living room and the bathroom are not accessible to wheelchairs as there is a step. The stone path which makes you reach the sea is not wheelchair accessible.
Accessibility
The house is wheelchair accessible, apart from the bathroom where there is a step. The house is accessible to wheelchair thanks to the owner who has made some changes years later the house was built.
Outside
The 3,000 sqm Mediterranean garden shared by both the apartments surround the villa. From the big veranda looking onto the sea you can go to the garden or to the old Sicilian earth ware stairs which take you to the sea through the terraced garden. In a little corner of the garden you will find an open shower made of typical Sicilian bricks which you share with the people of the other apartment. On the rocks you will find a platform giving easy access to the sea ideal to go diving.
Coast/Beach
From the garden there is a direct access to the sea and its rocky coast. The villa is about 10 mins drive from the sandy beaches of Fontane Bianche and 5 mins drive to Arenella.

Siracusa is the nearest town. It is known throughout the world for its history and beauty, and as the site of UNESCO’s World Heritage. A stroll around Sircacusa reveals this beauty and history, visible in all of its walls. In Siracusa tourists can find shops, restaurants, museums of great interest. The coast is famous for its crystal-clear water and sandy beaches, such as ‘Fontane bianche,’ . which are easily reached by a ferry boat from Ortigia. Vendicari reserve, Cava Grande, Pantalica reserve, Palazzolo with the Greeck Theatre. Noto, Ragusa Ibla and Modica, 3 towns belonging to UNESCO, are famous for their Baroque buildings.

Since I was a young girl here I have learned how to love nature, to wake up early in the morning and enjoy the beauty of the nature that surrounds this place. Here I have discovered how every single moment of a day can change as a painting according to the different hues of light. The pink sunsets, the unforgettable nights with their starry, blue sky, the enchanting sea can give magic moments to people.
In this place I started diving and enjoying the depth of the sea and this pleasure is still part of my life. I have always shared these emotions with my family and my friends and now I wish my guests could have the same pleasure.
