Villa Amidha is a self catering villa set in its own 22000 square foot terraced garden with magnificent views of the sea and hills of south-east Sardinia. The villa is on two floors and accommodation comprises of: dining living room with cooking area and French doors leading to spacious veranda overlooking the pool and sea, TV room and bathroom on the ground floor. 6 bedrooms, one of which with en suite bathroom, and 2 more bathroom on the first floor. 4 of the bedrooms also have the benefit of the most gorgeous sea views. The garden offers complete privacy as well as a private panoramic 6x15 swimming pool with both shallow and deep ends, built in barbecue, alfresco dining area overlooking the sea, the wonderful beach and the pool. A gorgeous white sandy beach is at short walking distance, 300 m away. Although a car is highly recommended for exploring the beautiful south coast and for the big shopping, it is possible to walk to the local restaurants and shops.

Notes on prices
Prices from 31st March to 25th May are based on 8 people sharing 4 bedrooms with possibility to accommodate 4 extra people at extra cost (two more double bedrooms available).
Prices from 26th May to 30th September are based on 10 people sharing 5 bedrooms with the possibility to accommodate 2 more people at extra cost (one more double bedroom available).
The cost for the extra person/s will vary according to the season from 100 to 250 euro, please ask for quote.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. Check in between 4pm and 8pm, check out strictly by 10am.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is air-conditioned, the electricity used to power the units is charged for separately. We do not use bunk beds, only proper single or double beds as all rooms are very large and also have high ceilings. All bedrooms are above ground, therefore light and airy.
Accessibility
The villa is not suitable for people with mobility problems nor for wheelchair users.
Outside
The garden is of 2000 m2. The villa also has the benefit of a large panoramic veranda, sun terrace overlooking the pool and sea, built in barbecue and al fresco dining area. The size of the pool is 5.5x15 and it is for the exclusive use of the guests of Villa Amidha.
Coast/Beach
The villa is at just 300m from the nearest white sandy beach, and all the most beautiful beaches of South East Sardinia are a few minutes drive away.
Golf
The nearest golf club with 9 holes is in Flumini, at around 15 km, the nearest 18 holes golf club is 20 km away in Villasimius.
Travel
The village is 37 km away from Cagliari (Elmas) airport (Easy Jet, BA and Ryanair as well as many other airlines have scheduled flights to Cagliari)
Car hire is recommended to explore the beautiful south.
Distances
The villa is in Torre delle Stelle a village with shops and restaurants. The shops and restaurants are open every day from May to October and Friday to Sunday from November to March. Other shops in the area open all year round are 10 km away.

My name is Angela and I am the mother of two children aged 10 and 12. Although I originally come from Sardinia I have studied and worked in the UK for many years and loved it. I am now back in Italy with my husband and children and I am trying to enjoy as much as I can what I missed the most in the UK: the sun. My husband and I own two other villas in Torre delle Stelle and we run an estate agency that specializes in assisting non Italian speaking people buy a holiday home in Sardinia whilst we let our villas privately.
Why the owner chose a home in this location
When my husband and I viewed this villa for the first time we were literally blown away from the brethtaking sea views it enjoys. The villa was in very poor conditions, it even lacked a kitchen, but those views, the privacy and the closeness to one of the most beautiful beaches of South Sardinia helped us forget the works the villa needed to be transformed into the enchanting villa it now is.
Unique benefits of the property
The villa is conveniently located at short walking distance from a gorgeous white sandy beach, from the nearest bar and restaurant. In spite of this, it is very private, being located towards the end of a dead end road. The views from the villa are really difficult to beat.
