This apartment is on the top floor of an authentic traditional Tuscan farmhouse in a dream location in Chianti mid-way between Florence and Siena, the house is tucked away in the rolling hills overlooking the Elsa valley. The spacious living room features the original walk-in fireplace and stone sink. Use of garden, terrace and pool. The owners are British and both speak fluent Italian and live on site. The owner will prepare a welcome dinner and/or a hamper of supplies on request.

Outside
Private patio and terrace with table and chairs and barbeque. Swimming pool is 9m x 4m x 2m deep (no shallow end) is not heated and is shared. The garden includes beautiful cypresses, many fruit trees and olive groves, plus a small vineyard.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach is approx 1 1/2 hours by car.
Special interest holidays
We offer cookery classes, given by a professional Tuscan chef. The class can also include a guided trip to local food market. The meal is served to you in the large dining room or outside on the terrace.

San Donnino offers a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for nature-lovers and for walking. As San Donnino is situated in the centre of Chianti, towns and cities of interest are easy to reach i.e. San Gimignano, Certaldo Alto, Colle Val D'Elsa, Monteriggioni, Siena, Florence, Castellina in Chianti etc.
