"Le Quattro Stagioni" Country House has been lovingly converted, taking care to retain the typical Marchigiana style af brickwork and barrel-vaulted brick ceilings on the ground floor. It has a large open-plan living and dining room with long dining table, fireplace and french doors, it is perfect for a large family. It is situated in a shallow valley near Gualdo, Sarnano and Macerata with its renowned summer concert and opera series.

Changeover day
It is better that changeover day is on Saturday. We should want the arrival and the departure during the Saturday.

The house and the place outside it are suitable for children, they can enjoy themselves thanks to the big space.

Outside
Outside the house there is a big garden, a barbecue, a shady parking, a private pool (20m x 10m, 1.2-2m) and there is also the possibility to go with hot air ballooning over Marche.

Coast/Beach
The Adriatic Coast (beaches) is only 30 mins drive by car from the property. During summer, our coasts are thronged with tourists. Beaches are big, the water is good to have a bathe.

Golf
The country-house is close to a good golf course, it is only 10 km far from the house.

Skiing
The ski resorts are not far from the property, just 20 mins by car, so if guests want, they can ski with greatest ease.

Special interest holidays
During summer, towns around the country house are crowded with people thanks to a large tourist initiative: village fetes, theatre event, opera series inside the beautiful and unique "Arena Sferisterio" of Macerata.
During winter, there is the possibility to ski thanks to ski resorts close to the house. In any case, "Sibillini" Mountains are a fantastic attraction also in summer.

Travel
The nearest airport is in Ancona/Falconara (Raffaello Sanzio) and it's far 90km from property. At the airport there is the possibility to rent a car to reach the property.

Distances
Sarnano, where guests can find restaurants, banks, post office, supermarkets, bars and so on is 3 km. 3 km from San Ginesio too, and 23 km of Macerata with its pretty and lovely architecture. Here guests can find all facilities they want.
